Cash only that’s fine, service was pretty rude. Went to get cash from their own ATM… then proceeded to have the cashier use a marker to test if the $20 bills were real… that I got from the ATM within your own store. Clearly had a racial aspect as no other people had their $20 bills checked for authenticity. Price is ridiculous… wouldn’t recommended unless it’s you’re only option.

Very good service i love ❤️ old mike its always a pleasure to see that beautiful oldman and the boys in when you enter very loveable and respectful and the girls behind the desk very helpful i have two wishes to compete more with prices of the other dispensaries i want a joint for 10 dollars and please the pre roll break it to two joints i do get that in other dispensaries maybe you have in the more expensive pre rollls i usually buy the 12 dollars anyway i really feel happy whenever i visit this place and they are locals so keep supporting this good people ✌️ .

The first time I came here I enjoyed the service. The prices and quality were nothing to write home about (low 14% THC and twice the price I pay in MA), and it was very hard to read the tiny menu writing on the chalkboard, but the people were friendly.However they did not have the strain I was looking for because the menu on the website was not accurate, and I shop for specific strains. So my 2nd trip I called ahead to check what strains they had deals on. However I was told quite rudely, "We have a lot, just check the website." in a tone like she didn't have time to answer my question.Well I drive quite far to come spend good money at your dispensary and you can at least give me the courtesy of answering my question on the phone before I make the drive, especially since your menu wasn't accurate last time and your buggy website barely works! You would think a small town dispensary trying to be competitive and gain business would have the time to take a phone call and answer a question from a potential customer!Since you couldn't provide me good customer service on the phone, I will try another dispensary this time. It's this kind of stuff that makes people say that weed dispensary employees are lazy and provide bad customer service. You shouldn't not be too cool or too busy to answer the question of a customer looking to spend money at your buisness.The phone is your first line of contact and you should use phone calls as an opportunity to bring in business not to act like you are too busy to help the customer. At least put then on hold and come back to them when you have time if you are with a customer! I know you have several employees working and that one of them can answer a quick product question. This happens often in this industry and it really needs to stop! Because now you lost money because you couldn't take 30 seconds to answer my question.I hope the owner takes note of this.

The last time I visited this shop I bought a very expensive tincture. When I got home, I noticed it was expiring in just a couple of weeks. I called to explain the situation and a gentleman said that should not have happened. He checked the other stock and it was expiring in a couple of weeks as well . He said I’ll talk to the owner and get back to you. I never received a call back. I went back to buy more tincture today wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hoping that they would have an explanation for why they did not return my call and address the situation. I explained to the young sales girl who waited on me what had happened in the past and that I never received a call. The young lady was very rude. She said yes I remember we all talked about it and decided because it didn’t expire for a couple of weeks that we didn’t feel the need to call you. The bottle I got today is good for over a year versus just two weeks for the last bottle I purchased. In the future, I will be going to the shop in Danville Vermont The Bud Stop.

The prices are so high it’s crazy. But it still looked good so I bought some, ask the kid that handed me ajar with barely anything in it if he was sure it was an eighth and he said he weighed it himself. So I went out to my car and grabbed my scale (and so u know I always check my scale with my 100g) and sure enough it was off 13th of a gram. SMH so glad I didn’t buy an oz which I would have once or twice a week but I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere
