So honestly, if I could give them zero Stars I would so I have purchased Three pre-rolls and 3.5 g of flour so I open the flower first and the flower was very wet. Was not dry. That was not even a big issue. My main issue was One of the pre-rolls I got was a half Grand pre-roll. It was supposed to be a full gram and it was a $14 pre-roll. That is a lot of money for her pre-roll and to be a half gram when advertised It was full gram on the menu. I called and left a message. No response and when I did speak to them they didn't even want to knowledge it was happening or to even check in on it to see what was going on. They were kind of acting like they knew that this was going on. I just want to say be careful people where you buy your cannabis from there's a lot of other dispensaries in Burlington that are a lot cheaper and better quality and service than these folks.

Amazing selection, awesome staff. Willing to answer questions if you have any. Just be careful when you're driving. You might miss it, lol, I almost did. Will return... again.

Had a good time. Parking was easy.I knew what I wanted, but the staff was also very helpful talking about it and answering my questions about the product. I like the look & feel of the store.

This is my favorite dispensary near me. They always have something new to try and the staff are lovely. I am writing this because I bought a simple glass pipe a week ago. I was informed of the no refunds on glass policy. Understandable. After about 5-6 smoke sessions, (I use a screen in my pipes, not sure if that contributed) the bottom glass broke out while smoking. I brought the pipe with me to the store today to show them what happened. I emphasized multiple times I was not trying to get my money back. I accepted that risk when I bought the piece. I just thought they might want to know that one of their pipes busted like that. The girl at the counter called over the manager who questioned me about what I use to clean it with (usually just q tips and isopropyl bc I use a screen). I repeated to him that I was not trying to get a refund. He kept inspecting the piece and then said “well it looks like you got some good use out of it at least” — no. I bought it last week and smoked out of it no more than ten times. I am autistic and have social anxiety. I started to get very uncomfortable. I explained again that I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble and just thought they would want to know. They did not want to know. I felt very uncomfortable as the manager continued to speak to me as if I was being untruthful, or trying to get something for free, and continued to question my use of the pipe. I might have understood if I was trying to get something out of the deal but I was literally just trying to help. Glass breaks sometimes. It’s happened before to my pipes and it will happen again. I love this place but I am now unfortunately super anxious to go back next time because of this interaction. I don’t really understand what I did wrong. I’m autistic so again this could be my misinterpretation of his vibe— but it seemed pretty clear. I am now sitting in my car trying to calm myself down a bit before driving. A simple “oh wow I’m so sorry that happened, we will let the manufacturer know” or something would’ve been fine! Instead the situation was awkward, unfriendly and uncomfortable. I do apologize if I caused trouble. I shouldn’t have bothered to let the store know that the glass had broken, but please be a little kinder and more aware that some people actually are genuine and not trying to game you.

My second dispensary experience! Compared to inner city Chicago , this dispensary felt more comfortable and laid back. You could actually smell the buds and talk to the employees rather than my former experience which felt rushed and more of a money grab. Very happy with the pre rolls here- Lemon Grass and Strawberry cough were delicious!

Having shopped around all the stores in the Greater Burlington area, I personally deem this place to be #1. Apart from the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is top notch. Great job!
