The staff at Verilife are wonderful. Non judgemental and helpful. If you know what you need, place an order or online. If you want recommendations, they can help. Just tell them what you are looking for or what ailment you are trying to fix and they will recommend great products. They do accept debit and cash. The debit cards do have a $3 processing fee which is the same amount as their amt fee. 10/10 great products and quick service.

They always having excellent sales, with discounts for returning customers as well as for those of us who get the "wisdom and experience" discount (read: OLD.🤪)I haven't been to other medical dispensaries but, no need. Verilife only offers Matter I believe. Matter hasn't had much judgement either way I've heard of probably because the lack of exposure. Tonight, we try to change that. Matter in my opinion, just launched themselves ahead of Columbia, curaleaf- any. Without further ado... Btw, no I did not sprinkle this unbelievably savory, abusively permeating and nearly malleable, densely blue smoke!! It is also worth mentioning that NY took 2 months to finally get me registered. The reunion with their staff felt like walking into a room full of memory foam and puppies. Can't say enough.

Everyone is super helpful and nice. I see that some of the reviews are discouraged only because the staff make sure to check IDs and follow directions as they’re legally supposed to do. They always try to help if there is something wrong with your certification and are always willing to give you suggestions as well as work with you on the product that will best suit your needs. Every time I’ve gone they have always made a welcoming environment.

As someone that suffers with chronic pain waiting at a pharmacy or some appointment is something I am no stranger to. A lot of times my experiences are awkward and I don’t feel heard and my concerns are invalidated however, when I visit Vera Life my experience is the complete opposite. I love the staff, they are always so friendly and helpful, but this location has not had any good product in over a month now. That is not acceptable for a medical dispensary especially when it is no easy feat for us to get the medical license. I don’t think they know how to order new inventory. The Matter brand isn’t good and that is all they keep selling. They need new inventory or they will lose business, it’s not me being mean, it’s a fact. I alone haven’t gone in about a month and won’t go back until they get actual good products. This is shameful for a business, and I really hope things change soon.

This is not the first time this has happened to me, and another customer had to also correct them on their order while I was there. Friendly staff, but no returns even when it’s their fault, so it would seem perhaps the staff needs to stop sampling their own products. I’ve seen some vaping out front. Thought perhaps it was nicotine, but with the amount of errors that happen I now wonder…

Yesterday I went to the Liverpool ny store and bought these 2 vapes, first time in a dispensary. Only to see when I got home one was sold to me half empty and at 75 dollars a piece I expect not to be shorted. This was my first time at your dispensary and as a disabled veteran unable to get around much this was hard for me to see. I was there 10/14/2020. I emailed your customer support, sent a picture with it and have yet to hear from anyone. Whoever fills the order must have seen the carts were short before they handed it to me and either actively ignored it or they’re skimming off product to save money.

The staff at Verilife are wonderful. Non judgemental and helpful. If you know what you need, place an order or online. If you want recommendations, they can help. Just tell them what you are looking for or what ailment you are trying to fix and they will recommend great products. They do accept debit and cash. The debit cards do have a $3 processing fee which is the same amount as their amt fee. 10/10 great products and quick service.

Btw, no I did not sprinkle this unbelievably savory, abusively permeating and nearly malleable, densely blue smoke!! It is also worth mentioning that NY took 2 months to finally get me registered. The reunion with their staff felt like walking into a room full of memory foam and puppies. Can't say enough.

They always try to help if there is something wrong with your certification and are always willing to give you suggestions as well as work with you on the product that will best suit your needs. I love the staff, they are always so friendly and helpful, but this location has not had any good product in over a month now. That is not acceptable for a medical dispensary especially when it is no easy feat for us to get the medical license. I don’t think they know how to order new inventory. The Matter brand isn’t good and that is all they keep selling. They need new inventory or they will lose business, it’s not me being mean, it’s a fact. I alone haven’t gone in about a month and won’t go back until they get actual good products. This is shameful for a business, and I really hope things change soon.

This is not the first time this has happened to me, and another customer had to also correct them on their order while I was there. Friendly staff, but no returns even when it’s their fault, so it would seem perhaps the staff needs to stop sampling their own products. I’ve seen some vaping out front. Thought perhaps it was nicotine, but with the amount of errors that happen I now wonder…

Yesterday I went to the Liverpool ny store and bought these 2 vapes, first time in a dispensary. Only to see when I got home one was sold to me half empty and at 75 dollars a piece I expect not to be shorted. This was my first time at your dispensary and as a disabled veteran unable to get around much this was hard for me to see. I was there 10/14/2020. I emailed your customer support, sent a picture with it and have yet to hear from anyone. Whoever fills the order must have seen the carts were short before they handed it to me and either actively ignored it or they’re skimming off product to save money.
