The Products and Staff at this dispensary are amazing!. I’ve gone in multiple times interested in new products for different ailments and they have helped me out more times than I can count. Very knowledgeable and kind, they have seating available inside (which I appreciate) if it gets busy. There is always specials running so you can get great prices, all in all I’d recommend best daze to anyone that partakes in flower.

Best Daze is hands down the best cannabis store in town. The customer service is excellent, always greeted with a smile, very knowledgeable, and willing to help. The products are top of the line, and the prices are comparable to other high quality cannabis. They always have something on special. Another thing I appreciate are their locations. I regularly shop at their Las Vegas and Espanola locations as well as the ones in Santa Fe. I highly recommend Best Daze to my friends as well as my patients..

Service With a Side of AttitudeFirst time at this shop, and wow, what a show! I stood at the window with another patron for about 10 minutes. She was knocking like it was a drum solo, saying the doors were locked. I didn’t check because, you know, teamwork. Finally, another customer showed up, walked right in, and I followed like an awkward shadow.After handing over my ID, I politely asked the guy working if the window was open and mentioned we’d been outside knocking like we were auditioning for “Stomp.” Instead of answering, he went from zero to defensive real quick, declaring he was the only one working.I said, “No worries, no rush,” just curious if the window was a decoration or a functional feature. Apparently, that was the wrong question because he told me to find another dispensary if I didn’t like the wait times. Sir, I didn’t know asking if the window was open was grounds for banishment!I tried to de-escalate by apologizing (for what, I’m still not sure—existing?), but he kept going until he officially kicked me out. For asking a question. About a window.If you’re into bizarre, dramatic customer service with a side of paranoia, this is the place for you.Otherwise, there are plenty of other shops that won’t implode when you knock on the window.Maybe give this short king a break. 🙏🏼

This morning, 6/27/2024, I went into the store and two of the kindest, most knowledgeable and respectful gentlemen working the store helped me. I've worked in the customer service industry for my entire life, after my military service. And these two gentlemen are what customer service is about. They should be teaching the entire staff how too work with customers. (I apologize, I didn't catch their names) AWESOME WORK GENTLEMEN!! AND THANK YOU!

The budtender looked at me like a foreign object and was soooo rude during my pick up order. This is why I stick with Endo. I ain’t paying for these funky lil attitudes.Unfortunately once the cannabis business monopolized, we had to start dealing with these bratty kids 🫣Do better Best Daze!!!!!!

Valid weed spot. Only thing is their quality is a bit lacking and alot of their menu isn't updated. And thr flower is usually dry having been there multiple times. But holy smokes the staff is sp nice !!! They answer all your questions and they have such a nice lounge area and a beautiful bathroom. This has to be the nicest dispensary ever.

Horrible customer service. Just like the one on airport... I walked in there and the blonde girl that works there looked at me like if I was an insect she looked at me with disgust. She made me feel unwanted and unwelcome I don't think I'll be going to the store ever again.
