Bought some Black Label top shelf Cap Junky strain. Was supposed to be 4 grams and it weighed out to only 3.55 grams when I got home. Bud smoked alright but was extremely dry. It was so dry it ground into dust when grinding it up. Flavor wise it was just ok. I’ve had a-lot better for a much lower price. Overall for the price it just wasn’t worth it unfortunately. For this price range I expected a lot better quality. It looks fire just isn’t worth the high price.

I am a medical patient & come to this location probably every other day if not daily loved it when Meghan worked always nice up to-date with knowledge great customer service skills, the lady who’s the manager is always nice never any issues. Young girl always works register close to doors super nice and knowledgeable. Big guy super nice very helpful. Chubby guy with backwards hat very smart super cool…. Until recent comings with the new hires one in particular long beard guy with glasses and hat always long gross nails seems to have issues checking in scanning medical card, this issue only happens with him and never any other employees nor at paradise or paseo locations. I asked for other people to help me several times as it causes unnecessary anxiety & stress always fine until today.. As today I go in typical day I present my medical card and “he can’t see it” so I proceed to present it closer under the glass and rudly tells me I still can’t read it so he grabs my phone from me and then throws my id and phone back on the counter. As I told him again we want someone else to help us I even signed to the other guy in the back that we would like him to help us instead. But he doesn’t listen and still calls us back I told him we will gladly wait for other service from the other employee and we had to walk back out into the lobby and wait. As we get called back for the 2nd time right away the guy behind the counter proceeds to says we need to be nice to him I stated we have been nice we clearly asked for someone else to help us and then he said he doesn’t want to help us and we said we will gladly take our money elsewhere. Which we went to another location and had my medical card scanned and I’d checked not being harrassed because the employee doesn’t understand how to use a scanner. Not once did I get asked what happened what the issue was or why I was requesting help from another employee. Working in customer service and working at a dispensary myself I have never encountered this type of customer service or unprofessional behavior I was told to go head have fun making a report to the manager and I’ll be wasting my time.. this is the type of customer service you train your employees to give? I would like to please speak with general manager so we can discuss this problem being a medical patient and a returning customer I shouldn’t be treated this way nor should any customer. Should be a welcoming environment for patients & customers not just another sale to someone.

As a newbie, they're made me fell very comfortable coming into the shop and mo matter how busy they get they always attend me and every customer with a smile.If anyone gets their medical card and is looking for a calm, friendly and knowledgeable staff I highly recommend Urban Wellness-Rio Rancho.Their own UW products are top notch and prices are super reasonable with some much cheaper than other stores. Their online store is easy to use and their very quick to get your order ready.Had one issue on a leaking cart that was Not a Urban Wellness product and their manager and front staff lady swapped it out without a problem. After that, they earned by patronage exclusively.John A

Paid over 100 for 2 frozin carts 1 taste burnt n the other discolored took em back 2 guys at the front n the girl said they can't do anything waste of money an joke of a company Oasis dispensary is way better homie said because it's "rosin" its ok to be discolored that's a sign of expired an the dates are from 2021 how is it legal to still sell them management needs new workers
