Daniel at the Nob Hill location is amazing! I called to ask how the points work and how many points I had. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond witn explaining the point to dollar ratio! When I got to the dispensary, he rang me up, but for some reason the system said I had no points when talking to him earlier in the day, I had somewhere around 300! He said he was going to fix it and update the system to make sure I got those points. I haven't called back to confirm that's happened, but here's hoping it did 🤞 either way, Daniel was amazing!
This is my favorite place to shop. They always have a wonderful selection and they really great prices that I have not been able to find anywhere else. Literally no one can beat them on value. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Love it here.
I’m so sad by how bad this experience was. I specifically stopped at this dispensary because the prices were good and the customer service I got in the location in Hobbs was great.However today I was cheated out of a happy shopping experience. The lady behind the counter, I believe her name is Amanda based on the receipt, was distracted the whole time. She was literally on the phone with someone else, personal if I’m not mistaking, the whole time. I felt like I was annoying her so I tried to make my business brief. Then I go looking at my order after I drove away and I received the wrong carts I asked for 1g and I was given 500mg. So I check the receipt, benefit of the doubt maybe she charged me for 500mg. Nope!!! I was charged for the 1g!!! I was too far to turn around. I’m really so upset! If I could give a lower rating I would. So sad.
Bad customer service the women at the register didn’t respond when I told her hello and she was just quiet the whole time like she wanted me gone and hated her job Flower was very inconsistent I thought I’d try this place out. But won’t be coming back. I definitely left the store unhappy Just save your money and go elsewhere.
Look.I’ve been here about 50 times; that doesn’t seem to guarantee me good service, unfortunately.Half the staff is great and the other half are rude af. They especially need to revamp how they treat medical patients. Maybe with respect, to start?The prices are hard to beat on discount days, I’ll give them that. Yet the quality can be beat by almost any other dispensary. Flower/pre-roll THC rarely exceeds 25%. Some of the flower is like dirt. Some of the flower is dry and tastes home-grown. Sometimes they just don’t have decent selection and it’s bottom of the barrel stuff. It’s roulette.Atmosphere? Cheap. Low bar.Bud? Okay -> good. Never great.Prices? Solid.Management customer service? Bad.Maybe if the weed were stronger they’d be more chill.
