Came in today for the first time and was assisted by Kaylee. She talked with me for approximately 30 minutes really getting to know me to make sure I got product that suited my needs. I can not recommend her enough. Dispensaries have always been so overwhelming and I’ve been to more than a few where I feel they get annoyed with all my questions. Kaylee never once made me feel that way and in fact, asked as many questions as I did. Will definitely be returning back to sunnyside and Kaylee for more product in the future.

The whole crew at sunnyside in worcester was extremely helpful and in great spirits. Very easy going but helpful without being overwhelming. Cris took care of me at the counter and deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty helping me. It might be small to some but to me, i was having an extremely hard day and having Cris joke around with me while promptly getting my order honestly made my day feel alittle better. I just think he deserves to be seen for the extra push he puts into public relations. 11/10 experience

This how Lisa rolls (outrageous pun intended): I'm waiting in line, no problem and I see her in the back of the store and wave "hi". She waves me over by name, has my ticket, points to a cash register, and I'm just prattling along, blah blah blah small talk. Lisa is all smiles and answering, then guided me over to the next register. "I'm on break. It was so nice to see you!" she said. Lisa had spent the better part of ten minutes of her break taking care of me. You will never have a lesser than 5 Star experience here, because they won't let you have one
