For all the negative commentary, I just want to extend my gratitude for the time Medmen has been around. It’s unfortunate that the business has to close due to poor financial management and went from a $3 million dollar company to zero. However, the staff was always welcoming and helpful. I would lose momentum as well if I knew that my job was screwed, not by me, but by a poor corporate decision. Thank you and I wish everyone the best.

Why aren’t they reading these reviews… they might as well close down they serve no purpose! They really fell off! The customer service sucks! Been a medical patient for 3 years now and this is the most awful dispensary I been too! Ohh I just read they fired 25 ppl at their other locations 🤦🏾‍♀️ yeah real awful

Been coming here for years but this place has fallen down quality wise consistently for a while. Especially since they moved to the new location . Almost never any inventory anymore and it used to feel like they wanted to help people find items to help them. Now it feels the opposite and it’s sad

Today January 9th at 6:18pm, I had the rudest associate over the phone. She said her name was Laura. I bought a vape pen around 5:30pm that same day. Within a half hour it stopped working. This is concerning for me because I suffer from PTSD AND SEVER ANXIETY. I called and the associate told me to call customer service and they would get back to me in 24 hours. This is the 2nd time in a row the vape pen just stopped working almost instantly. I replied with out yelling or cursing “this is crazy. This is the 2nd time.” I was going to continue to say “can’t I just exchange it?” Before I could finish my statement. The associate told me “ Well, if this is the 2nd time you know the policy.” I replied “that was a very smart response. Can I speak to your manager?” She then told me “she is not available. I only answered to tell you we were closed (2 hours early mind you). I then asked for her name. She ignored me at first then quickly said Laura and ended the conversation . I was just in the location less than 45 minutes prior and was polite to everyone. I didn’t even understand why she had such a horrible disposition. I have never been treated so poorly. I will never go to Medmen again.

I literally live right above MedMen and went at least weekly for over a year, but now I actually get in the car and drive 20 minutes back and forth to another dispensary because MedMen’s selection and prices have become SOO bad. They’ve always been smaller and more expensive but it’s actually become comical at this point. MedMen has 18 options for flower right now with the highest potency option at 24% which is $50 for an 1/8th. The nearest competitor has 277 options for flower. They have 97 options with a potency higher than 25% and they start at $38 for an 1/8th! And the cartridge situation is just as embarrassing. They have ~20 options and there competitor has 128. They are charging $92 for a 1 gram cart. You can get the same cart down the street for $72. In conclusion, if you like paying more for less with a terrible selection to boot, then MedMen is absolutely the place for you. Otherwise you should go literally anywhere else.
Meh. I only come here because it's close to home. What can be said? The website is trash, keeps switching my medical cart for recreational. Prices aren't that great, and they don't have many deals. Products and brands change and vary way too often where they no longer carry my past faves. Rarely any CBD or RSO options. MY FLOWER HAS BEEN SHORTED AT LEAST TWICE. Most employees are barely helpful or knowledgeable, unlike a few other spots not too far away. So many nicer, more knowledgeable places to spend your money at.

What happened to all their vape carts ? Did cresco dump them ?Constantly changing the rewards program God forbid they do us a favor with the 40% tax we’re charged on a .5 cart that’s filled half way that took up half my paycheck

I've been going to Medmen since the place opened. I've had a medical marijuana card since 2020. I put in an online order and arrived today at 7:40pm and they told me to come back tomorrow morning! I work tomorrow at 5am and 4pm!! I can't come back tomorrow!! I think I'm going to switch and go to a different dispensary! I'll give my business to a place that appreciates it!!

No parking, no kiosk, no bathroom, and one single staff member handling two long lines. Their website isn’t great and quoted me the wrong price, so I took money out of their ATM with a fee and then had to take out more money for a second fee. Their staff is nice and they have a good selection of edibles but my god am I never coming back here if I can help it.

I can’t complain about any of their products. Though customer service at this location is low. Employees are not very friendly. I just so happen to be the only African American in the store at this particular time I went and the employees completely neglected to approach me entirely, but were checking in and greeting the customers with fair skin. I personally will not be purchasing from this location again but I did enjoy my purchases.

Medmen lacks ambience. I’ve been to 80% of the dispensaries in Illinois and Medmen feels like you’re in a doctors office. The employees are lacking self confidence and smiles there is a dryness to the energy of the store . I go here when I don’t feel like driving far from my home, but the moment I walk in I can’t wait to walk back out.

I've been a few times now and every time has been easy, quick, and pleasant. The staff is very friendly, my order has always been correct, and the products that I've used were awesome! The edibles we got last time we pretty strong for us. The effects lasted about 6-7 hours. My guy prefers them and I prefer the vape pens. I love that I don't have to worry about leaking with these. I haven't been to another dispensary but after multiple great experiences here, I'm hesitant to try a new place.
