Even though they didn’t have exactly what I came in for, he knew exactly what to recommend instead. I’m so glad he was knowledgeable about the products and confident in what he suggested.He was very nice, patient, thoughtful, and even funny — which made the whole transaction smooth and welcoming. The energy in the space felt great because of him. Definitely appreciate his customer service!
