She was kind and knowledgeable and when my husband asked her for recommendations, she was quick to offer suggestions. She is definitely an amazing asset to your team. Great selection of products, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable of the products. Pricing varies, but is reasonable and comparable to other places that offer similar products.The only downside is the parking. The entrance to the lot can be tricky to get in and out of, and the lot is fairly small.

Happy we have a wonderful new dispensary in the area! What stands out about this particular one is how knowledgeable and friendly their staff is. I’ve been in a couple times now and Ash is usually always the one who is there. He’s been extremely helpful and willing to answer all my questions! Highly recommended this place, also highly recommend conversing with Ash! Thanks for the great experience!

All employees I encountered today were just awesome. Rocky & Emmanuel were both super nice & helpful when checking out making the whole experience easy & enjoyable. The woman who checked my ID was super sweet too. Also called later on in the day with questions about the product that I had purchased, & whoever answered the phone was super patient & went above & beyond to help me understand the dosage of the items i purchased. 100/10 time & will be returning in the future!!

First time walking into Vertical I was amazed with the options of products, customer service, not the mention the inside set up!Ash was very helpful. He answered all my questions and took the time to discuss products with me on what I was looking for to best fit my needs.Needless to say I loved the experience and the products I purchased. The hours they are open as well as the pricing is fantastic; I will continue to shop here!

Was excited to try a new place, and Vertical did not disappoint. Tried their products line, which was very good and was great to try something new. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable (because I am not) and helpful. Compared prices with other places and do not agree with the review I read, as they are comparable. Overall experience was one that for sure will bring me back.

I had such an amazing experience! The facility is so inviting. Everyone is extremely friendly and greets you with a smile the moment you walk in. Ash is the gentleman that helped me. After explaining my reason for being there and describing the type of product/results I would like, he knew exactly what to recommend. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and took his time explaining everything to me. I have dispensaries closer to me but because of my experience with Ash and the welcoming atmosphere here, I will definitely be making the drive. It’s definitely worth it!
