Ashley was awesome! Everyone was awesome. Got in and out under 5 min. Also, when I was walking in there was a couple customers walking out. One was on crutches and the other was blind. Ashley was guiding them and opening doors for them so they could get out safely. The security guard helped out and the front desk person was fantastic! Overall a fantastic visit! Great job by the entire FOH staff!

I stopped in for the 4.20 promotions. I’m not a frequent visitor but do love that a dispensary is a gathering place for everyone. They are very inclusive and sometimes you get some patrons with big personalities or issues. Today was super crazy with the sale/420/promotions. The place was packed with lines around the corner. One individual that came in was rather unique and became loud. He brought a lot of attention on himself. One employee, Tami, brushed aside a security guard who was going in with purpose, called the man by name, and told him he was up next. The smile never left her face. She treated this man, that clearly had something going on, with dignity and respect. Tami was friendly, smart, and had her employer’s best interests. Money and time well spent shopping here.

Disappointed. The service was sub par. It was my first time ever at Ivy Hall. I let the employee know that it’s my first time at their location. I already knew what I wanted to order. He proceeded to order what I didn’t ask for. Said “that’s a baby one”. I get it - upselling and tomorrow is 4/20. Busy. I can understand that.But, what put the cherry 🍒 on top is when I received my product. The employee didn’t show me the product and just stuffed it in the bag. When I went to the car to take a look, wow! Look at the date. I received it today. At Zen Leaf, I am always given the best quality and they always show me my product to assure that it’s recent, within the last month. Don’t think I’ll ever go back…

Always love a staff that works hard as well as treating each other and guests so nicely! Such a great place to learn something about what I’m consuming. Most other places just put you in front of a screen and vanish or want you to turn and burn out the store. I actually feel welcomed to stay and hang out. Can only hope this atmosphere can host consumption sometime in the future!!

Let me start by saying that the staff at Ivy Hall are some of the nicest people ever. The inside doesn't look like a dispensary at all, rather it has a boutique feel with neon signs and a hip vibe. Prices are pretty fair and the selection of flower, edibles and cartridges is great. There's plenty of "easter eggs" leftover from when this building was Golden Chopsticks, and those hidden touches are awesome. Highly recommend!

My husband and I visited Ivy Hall on Sunday and from beginning to end the experience was fantastic. From check-in to checkout, it was comfortable and welcoming. The look and vibe in the shop was relaxed, fun and just downright cool, due in large part to the people working there and the GM. The GM was amazing! She was friendly, generous and attentive. She knows her customer and it showed in the service. There are a slew of other shops in the area and while they’re good, I never feel 100% at ease. Maybe it’s because I feel like I can’t be chatty or fun or even a bit loud. Not the case at Ivy Hall. It feels more social like a lounge which is different. All around, the experience was top notch. Ivy Hall is now our go-to.PS - We we’re gifted shirts so we’ll be back with pics. 😀
