I enjoyed walking into the egalitarian atmosphere where you immediately feel like the most important person of the day😇 Wheelhouse is spacious, clean and well lit, awesome layout. The displays are easy to view and the merchandise is plentiful, reminds me of NUWU in Las Vegas.Daniel help me today and I was impressed by this young man. Respectful and knowledgeable, he even knew about terpenes!! 🍃thank you for your patience and kindness. This is my go to place. 💚😎

I was given the wrong item in an online order and I couldn't get through to anyone for a few days. Once I managed to talk to someone they more than made up for the error. The receptionist, I believe her name was Tracy, was great and a huge help.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, front desk attendant also demonstrates stellar multitasking skills. Orders are filled promptly. Wide variety of edibles and drinks that are SO tasty, and prime location next to the cinema and brewpub. Never had an issue, experience has been lovely!

There appears to be no point in ordering for pickup. Its never ready, you still wait in line even though you should just have to pay and goEdit: changing to 1 star after being helped after literally everyone else. Even walk ins that arrived after I did. Spent 20 minutes in there

REVISED: This place seemed to really care about my experience. The manager John personally called to discuss the situation and invited me in for a 2nd shot. We were greeted by every employee with a smile. We were served by Nina who couldn’t have been a better budtender. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and taught me something new. We got a great deal on a bunch of stuff. Will definitely be back! Thanks Nina, John and Team for showing customer service isn’t dead.The following is the first review and I feel completely different now!(you don’t mind waiting while the workers ignore you then this place is for you! Totally ridiculous wait when there wasn’t many people in there. It’s one thing when it’s busy, but a big empty warehouse. Needed to grab a bunch of stuff. Oh well I will take my money elsewhere.)

Specifically asked driver NOT to come up to the door because the dogs would go crazy and wake up sleeping babies… and exactly that happened, driver came up to door, dogs went crazy, and now I’ve been dealing with crying babies (that were sleeping) since the driver left. Why put instructions if they aren’t going to be followed, very disappointing. I have a screenshot of my message clearly stating not to come up to door, more than likely won’t be going back here after a long run with wheelhouse, but this left a really bad taste in mouth since instructions were clear as day

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even when there has been more than one person waiting I am able to be in and out. Web orders are processed quickly. On this last visit, I had an issue with the packaging of a previously purchased product. The staff helped and resolved the issue. With more and more choices becoming available in dispensaries in the City of Ventura, Wheelhouse continues to deliver the customer service that customers are accustom to with them from over the years.

Amazing business. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, well organized and clean interior. Very spacious lobby with comfortable seating. Fast service and an excellent selection of products. Located right off I-126 for fast and easy access. Parking can be a bit tough during busier times, but nothing too difficult to navigate. I definitely recommend at least giving a try. Member Appreciation Day discounts are always pretty generous!

I’ve been helped by both during busy rushes as they assist their team, and personally that means a lot to me. I will be back for more business and will always recommend WheelHouse.
