I've been a customer for a long time, and I've had both good and very bad interactions with staff. They have been horrible to my daughter ,who won't even come in anymore. With this being the only dispensary here in town, I feel like the attitude is " If you don't like it ,too bad" this is including the high prices. As a small community that has supported this business with our patronage, we deserve a higher standard, and lower prices. There are many people on a limited income that frequent your business. The specials aren't really that special, and your points system isn't even spoken of, and it took,isn't that great compared with other dispensaries. I am now only coming in when I can't get to Reno or Chico. The prices, service and treatment is consistently better elsewhere and I wish that wasn't so. I do love the Corgis visiting and their owner is very kind. The other staff that was once super friendly,isn't so nice anymore. There's still a couple of very nice people, but all in all, I now dread having to spend my money there. I don't know who will be in a bad mood and I know for sure I'm going to overpay for what I could get cheaper elsewhere.

They put items on the online menu today that they don't have for sale. I just walked a mile in 90 degree heat to find out that what they had on the menu was not there and they didn't know when it would be. What is the point of a menu that lists things not for sale. I will never trust their online menu again and you shouldn't either.

If only I could give negative stars. I've been a customer for years but not any more. I placed an online delivery order 1.5 hours prior to calling to find out what's going on with it. Very politely trying to ask about my order and if it was able to be delivered the same evening only to be transferred to the rudest manager that spoke to me like I was incompetent. I understood everything he was saying and how the delivery driver has other duties to fill out. I completely get that but when I order an hour and a half with no tracking changes on my end I just want to know what's going on. I would've canceled my order and just came to get what I needed if he was nice on the phone but after that experience I will NOT be a returning customer any more. All you had to do was say sorry the delivery can't be made tonight for whatever reason but instead you really know how to run a business(pure sarcasm). Good luck with that attitude in a small town and being the only shop.

And was told thats why I don’t like the brand. Come on do better your only place local!!! I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries there is lots of product to put in your shop.
