If I didn't get a good deal, I would have gave it 2 ⭐. I walked in for a promotion that was advertised and apparently they made a mistake on advertisement. Owner honored it and gave me the promotion advertised which was great. What wasn't great was the attitude of the cashier, she was such in a bad mood that it made me feel very uncomfortable. It was morning and maybe she wasn't a morning person but gahhh darn she had a horrible attitude. Owner needs to consider and monitor that young ladies behavior. That is very bad for business. 👎🏼

The dispensary itself is okay. However, my main complaint and the reason that I will not be back is that they do not honor their promotions.I came in specifically for one of their daily deals, only to be told that I needed to specifically ask for the promotion prior to paying for my purchases in order to get it. This corporate attitude is unlike the local, friendly shop image that is advertised. I don't like these "gotcha" tactics. You saved a blunt, but you lost a repeat customer.

I loved this place! All of the staff was super welcoming and helpful. I shopped for cartridges and there was a nicely curated selection across a decent price range. Picked up almora and king pen carts on ladies night tn 😮💨

1st time visiting La Botica, cool, friendly atmosphere. Person at the front desk offered us water and snacks during our brief wait in the lobby. Meds were good and we left happy . We saved 15 % 1st time shoppers. Give this place a shot, everyone there was good people.
