Not sure what the dude I've had to deal with twice now problem with me is. It's giving clown energy. I don't know you personally and have never met you before, what's with the stupid looks? Definitely not appreciated.
As a medical patient I probably won't be coming back here. I'm not sure what the point of having my card is if the people showing me product don't know which ones are doh tested etc and aren't willing to help me find products that are. This is really frustrating. I had to ask a lot of questions and the guy still didn't get me a doh product. I'm kind of over it, this is the 4th time and at this point I'll just go somewhere people actually care about patients.

I’ve Always liked the store and employees cool but help me understand your point system? You get up to 30% off using your point system, but your everyday specials are at least 30% and you can’t redeem your points on top of a sale price. So why am I trying to accumulate points no for no purpose?

Zipz. You guys have stuff on the menu but you don't put online.But I have to call the store go in to ask about. That's kind of deceptive business. Secondary I don't know how many times I got to speak with aPurchasing manager to get kraken cannabis and sesh by pacific cultivating, but yall are slacking.I have to drive down to Lacey to pick up what I want because you guys won't place orders with the brands I will max purchase. Make it make sense..... If you need a inventory manager who understands the plant and brands.And is also a medical patient.Feel free to respond and maybe we can help each other out mutually.
Almost always get my pickup order wrong 🙁 or I get there and items in my order were out of stock so they replaced them with other items without telling me and still charging me the difference. ???

First time at this location. Was looking at rosin but the lady can't even tell me when they got it, she's just asking people and not asking inventory. Not buying old rosin from a brand I'm not familiar with. Other shops will check inventory date no problem but not this place, lazy. First time I've left a shop not buying anything.Update: I went back on a different day, but the lady that helped me might have been new, she didn't know anything about rosin or strains. She thought I was talking about flower for a second, even though we were right infront of the fridge.. She was nice but I almost walked out again because she was acting clueless. The lady next to her helped me out more and was very nice. She called over the inventory lady for a little help and I purchased something cheaper instead.I've been to a couple Zips locations, what I've noticed about Zips, is a percentage of the people that work there are just cashiers, if you're lucky, maybe you'll get a knowledgeable budtender.Last update: I went back on 420 and I'm glad I did. I knew what I was looking for. Stephanie was helping me and she was very nice. I got a little worried that what I wanted wasn't there anymore, but she didn't give up looking in the fridge and found it! She was amazing. I wanted some edibles too and she made everything perfect. This made me so happy I decided to come in and having Stephanie help me. She gave 5 star service.

Been coming here for the last 3 years and this location always has the products I’m looking for. Staff and security are always really friendly and welcoming. I usually always do online ordering and I never have an issue. Will always recommend 💕
Good environment, engaging buying process. Good selection. The one thing holding it back from five stars is that I feel the bud quality hasn’t been as good as in the past. Sometimes there is some real fire like 1 of 3 jars…other times there are high grade mids and it’s hard to make a clear choice. Unfortunately, that’s been happening a lot lately. I need the looks and the nose to match for it to be true fire. Otherwise you’re just selling good weed. Everyone has good weed. Don’t be like everyone.
