I have to shout out Izzy and Andrew, they are always so friendly and ready to help me. They take time to explain the product and let me ask a million questions. Very patient with me!! They know me by name and they are all awesome.Even if you gotta drive a little ways Floyd’s is definitely worth it I promise. Order online and get the 30% discount. Definitely good prices on full gram infused joints unlike some of the stores I used to go to,now I ONLY go to Floyd’s. 💯

Floyd’s in Everett never misses. Every time I stop by, the service is on point — knowledgeable, welcoming, and efficient. The staff here really knows their stuff and takes the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need, whether you’re in a rush or want to explore something new.The store itself is clean, organized, and has a great selection. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in how smooth and professional the whole experience is.Shoutout to the Floyd’s Everett crew for keeping the vibes high and the standards even higher. Easily one of the best spots in the area.

This is my second visit, and I came back because I was given a 40% off coupon for signing up for their reward program and downloading the app(Hi Wire), in the form of a coaster. I thought the marketing idea was novel and my first visit was spectacular, so I gave them another chance.The second time around, I was served by "Q Anthony" and it was a headache. I was told the total was '$25' and then I proceeded to ask, "is that with the 40% off discount?" He says, "No, you have to download the app in order to get that. I then proceed to inform him that I have downloaded it, and then I ASK HIM, "should I go and get my phone?"The short uncommunicative answer was 'no'. I walk back to my vehicle very confused, grab my phone and walk back inside for clarification.Why wasn't that information shared upon first mention of the rewards system? What is the point of having employees, if they cannot give basic explanations of how their rewards system(s) work?I bring my phone inside, show him the app, open it up to display all three viewing windows and he THEN proceeds to give me a refund for the difference.There was no apology, or "my bad" offered, which led to me writing this review. Great selection, Wonderfully tiered pricing, but this visit, was an all caps "NAH".How could this have been prevented? By offering a clear explanation of how the app/discounts work, and/or by telling your patients to bring their phone inside as proof of download.

Great place. Always on Point. Love's Dogs, Even gives them a treat. They are Very Respectful, Very Klean, Very Polite, & Very Low Budget. They always got Staff on Point, They always got Excellent Products on hand. An their Sorbet is exquisite. They really go above & Beyond the call for Weed.

Super friendly people!! I was short changed and they even offered to help! Luckily I had the quarter. I went in and even slumbed my purchase asking for the cheap of the cheap, and got something phenomenal, for cheap! As i made my purchase they even insisted on signing up to get better deals on my purchase 😍 and now I have a rewards program for future purchases. Highly recommend.
