Went in today with a faulty herb vaporizer, and instead of turning me away and having me contact the company through the manufacturer’s warranty (which is pretty standard), multiple employees jumped in to try and solve the issues and find a good solution. Bijan, one of the company “big bosses,” was there as well, and even took time out to make some exceptions and talk product recommendations to make sure I was happy.In the end, I left with something that would work better for me at an amazing bundle price. One of the few times I’ve spent more money and been SO glad I did. 😆 The staff overall have all been amazing, personable, patient, and really make me feel like they want to get me the right products- not just what costs most. Special shoutouts to the two guys who have helped me more than once now (I can’t remember their names!), and Chloe and Bijan for today! The people are great and I have no complaints about the service. But I hate discovering that I just paid $50-$60/eighth for some flower that was packaged 7 months ago and harvested a full year ago. This kind of dated product should be heavily discounted or advertised as such. No boveda=no effort made to keep product fresh. As ever, buying flower in UT just sucks. Its all overpriced, old, and dry.

I prefer this place to Dragonfly every time. Mostly because they actually give you the required legal label and informed me you need to be getting that every time. Dragonfly didn’t even give it to me when I asked and felt more like they were pushing products. Beehive however always has the friendliest people with excellent recommendations. They also printed out and labeled my card for me, which Utah Grown did not.

Update on their response:They never had any intention of attempting to assist. The pharmacist doesn't seem to have any actual experience with Cannabis aside from possibly reading a pamphlet or a half day seminar, honestly just a joke they can have the title "pharmacist". Just avoid this place and most dispensaries in UT as they are garbage with assistance, lack education about cannabis, and have no concern about actual quality. Don't give your money to this joke of a dispensary, or the joke of a '"medical" program we have in UT.For one they don’t respond to emails at all which is just horrendous and not customer focused. Overpriced compared to other places although Utah med marked is overpriced in general. They sell old products. If a product makes you sick they do not care at all. Honestly just go anywhere else. They are terrible and don’t deserve anyone’s business. Also there is no transparency on what is added to products. I don’t know how this can be considered medical at all.

I have a temporary license due to relocating quickly. I have no computer access right now. I spend my days at university of utah hospital. Just got my medical cannabis card came here for my first visit since it was the closest to my house. Initial visit was great the person at the first laminated my card. Pharmacist was real professional and helped me with my questions. Didn’t make my purchase yet cuz I wanted to wait for one of the days they have discounts. Came back mostly talked to the people handle the actual product asked a few more questions but didn’t really get back good or complete answers and seem more like they just wanted to push product and get me out the door. I asked for a green snail batter since again first time getting everything I need. Got back a yellow and didn’t notice til I opened it up and can’t do returns on open products even though again wasn’t my fault for getting the wrong item. But what can you do.Not to many options of cannabis pharmacies but I’ll try dragonfly downtown next time.Update: got a cal a few mins posting review good interaction from the rep that called and was thankful for the call so quickly. In the future would advise reps behind the counter to take their time to answer questions of clients so it doesn’t appear like your rushing, offering better return policy and after reading other reviews offer more competitive prices. Adding a star because of the quick call back from customer service.

The overall experience from start to finish was excellent!I was greeted at the door and they quickly processed my info and even went above and beyond to trim my card so it fit perfectly in my wallet.The initial, and I believe mandatory for Utah, consultation was very informative. I believe it was Victoria whom I spoke to and she helped me immensely with picking out the best medicine and dosages that would benefit my needs.Once the consultation was over Victoria gave me a tour of the products and the specialist behind the counter provided even more helpful information.So far I have only sampled one of the vape pens I purchased, along with a special deal for $1 on the battery, and I’m in awe at how well it alleviated my symptoms.Overall I can’t say how appreciative I am for the providing me with such a great experience and products.

I almost cried while checking out. I have extreme cPTSD and have not had access to this medicine since moving back to Utah. The online process, welcoming staff, Doctor and cashiers were all so helpful, and the selection quality was higher than I expected. *BIG TIME EDIT* Third and final negative experience here today. I will not return. I placed an order online this morning. It states on their website that they will hold your order for 48 hours. A few hours later, after driving the 30 miles from home, I got to the pharmacy at 4:00p.m. I paid the ATM fee, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out my order had been sold to someone else out from under me. I wasn't told, "Sorry", "It was a mistake", or even, "Oops!". Simply because opportunistic greed presented itself, the temptation was just too much for this fledgling, late bloomer of a company. How embarrassingly unprofessional! Think of going to pick up a prescription from your doctor which you were told was ready, except when you got to the pharmacy, they said, "Just kidding!" That's why this storefront for recreational weed use won't flourish. It's just another dealer. Beehive will hopefully mature, and take a cue from the actual medical cannabis pharmacies that treat patients with respect and dignity rather than doing business as a shady con.

The store has a large lot, plenty of parking that's right off the highway so it's an easy spot to get to, great location.Front staff was great, very cheerful. Inside staff was less cheerful but still very friendly and knowledgeable.Prices were a bit higher, but only a few bucks more than what I'm used to paying.The store had glass cases of product you could order however I didn't see a big sign, paper menus or anything else with signage so it was hard to see what was in stock/available.There were some cool flavors and I really enjoyed the vibe, I'll be visiting again if I'm out that way!

The first time in is a bit of a hassle but that is not their fault. It is the Government's fault. The first time you go you have to go inside. After the first time you can go through the drive thru. Be prepared to spend some time here regardless. Important notes: they are not able to accept any major cards. Cash is preferred. There is a $3 processing fee. Useful heads ups. We spent more than an hour here. It took forever to process us because we had to register. They couldn't figure out if I needed to speak to a provider (already had at another dispensary) and just left us waiting. We were finally able to get in and had another half hour in line as the overwhelmed staff tried to handle the workload. Then they put two prescriptions in my name, not one in mine and one in my husband's, who was also with me and had been registered that day. Which means we have to go AGAIN to get him his stuff. Which will be done at another dispensary because of the experience here.I know it was probably a busy day or something was going on in the background. But it was my only experience there and it is so different than my experience at even busier dispensaries that I have trouble believing it was a coincidence.I don't think I'll be returning, which sucks because it is the closest one to me by a lot.The product selection was decent, at least.

When you purchase and the rolling days and you know- maybe invest in a better system other than trying to count the grams manually. I was denied a purchase today and was advised to call my dr to have my prescription increased, when in actuality they don’t know what their doing and have negatively impacted patients and their medications. I would suggest calling Dragonfly Wellness or Wholesome Co, they have an understanding of how the system works as Beehive doesn’t. I was able to purchase via the other stores. But could’ve gone without the hassle!

Went in today with a faulty herb vaporizer, and instead of turning me away and having me contact the company through the manufacturer’s warranty (which is pretty standard), multiple employees jumped in to try and solve the issues and find a good solution. Bijan, one of the company “big bosses,” was there as well, and even took time out to make some exceptions and talk product recommendations to make sure I was happy.In the end, I left with something that would work better for me at an amazing bundle price. One of the few times I’ve spent more money and been SO glad I did. 😆 The staff overall have all been amazing, personable, patient, and really make me feel like they want to get me the right products- not just what costs most. Update on their response:They never had any intention of attempting to assist. The pharmacist doesn't seem to have any actual experience with Cannabis aside from possibly reading a pamphlet or a half day seminar, honestly just a joke they can have the title "pharmacist". Just avoid this place and most dispensaries in UT as they are garbage with assistance, lack education about cannabis, and have no concern about actual quality. Don't give your money to this joke of a dispensary, or the joke of a '"medical" program we have in UT.For one they don’t respond to emails at all which is just horrendous and not customer focused. Overpriced compared to other places although Utah med marked is overpriced in general. They sell old products. If a product makes you sick they do not care at all. Honestly just go anywhere else. They are terrible and don’t deserve anyone’s business. Also there is no transparency on what is added to products. I don’t know how this can be considered medical at all.

But what can you do.Not to many options of cannabis pharmacies but I’ll try dragonfly downtown next time.Update: got a cal a few mins posting review good interaction from the rep that called and was thankful for the call so quickly. In the future would advise reps behind the counter to take their time to answer questions of clients so it doesn’t appear like your rushing, offering better return policy and after reading other reviews offer more competitive prices. Just like every medical shop, they all have certain brands and pricing so it's up to the consumer to pick what they want and can afford. Their staff is great though..

Beehive is great. They have great selection and great customer service. The staff is up front and honest with you about the products and they do keep you more up to date then some of the other places. Its right off the freeway and they have a drive through to make things even easier. Defiantly a spot to check out if you are in the market.

With the exception of the one "Manager" he was a total weenie . And treated me extremely rude about my ID being expired for 9 months and he allowed me in with it just maybe 2 days earlier and then got all cocky and standoffish. I felt totally unappreciated and wont go back. But it was the only shop i went to for a year. And i shopped there between one and three times a week. And because of him. I have fixed my ID issue. And i am loyal to my shop untill things like this happen.

Best Dispensary in SLC! Great staff and good selection. Even if they don't have the most inventory I'm still going there. WARNING: Don't purchase cartridges from "Fruit of Life". Their hardware is GARBAGE and will break/clog on you. If it happens to break 7 days after purchase the dispensary you buy it from cannot take it back or refund you. DO NOT PURCHASE CARTRIDGES FROM "FRUIT OF LIFE" (black box with Lion on it)... like to warn others!!

The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I got my medical card very recently and they really helped make it a smooth and easy experience for me. I was really anxious and they walked me through everything and were very patient with me when I had questions. I'm very satisfied with the service and they have a fairly wide selection as well.

The staff was fine; I had a bad vibe while there.I was extremely unimpressed that each person wearing a mask had it on under their nose. The 'pharmacist' I spoke with was horribly unprofessional & did not answer my question; it was frustrating to hear him repeat the same statement. The only benefit from this interaction is knowing the process a bit better. This was my first & most probably my last experience with Beehive.I'm extra disappointed because I made a special trip for an online order because I was impressed by their inventory & daily special; instead, I was disrespected & left empty-handed.

After happily spending thousands for my medication, I’m never returning.The only time Beehive Pharmacy operated normally was the first few months it opened. If you want to order something make sure to get your hopes down, it was already sold to someone else. Didn’t receive your 3rd confirmation text? Don’t worry you’ll get it a day or two later. Horrible experience.P.SI’m 100% they’ll reply to this, before the NON-WORKING cartridge email I sent them over two weeks ago. If you buy something be ready for it to not be filled all the way like advertised, or non working. Don’t expect a follow up either.Try out other dispensaries around Utah before coming here.

*BIG TIME EDIT* Third and final negative experience here today. I will not return. I placed an order online this morning. It states on their website that they will hold your order for 48 hours. A few hours later, after driving the 30 miles from home, I got to the pharmacy at 4:00p.m. I paid the ATM fee, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out my order had been sold to someone else out from under me. I wasn't told, "Sorry", "It was a mistake", or even, "Oops!". Simply because opportunistic greed presented itself, the temptation was just too much for this fledgling, late bloomer of a company. How embarrassingly unprofessional! Think of going to pick up a prescription from your doctor which you were told was ready, except when you got to the pharmacy, they said, "Just kidding!" That's why this storefront for recreational weed use won't flourish. It's just another dealer. Beehive will hopefully mature, and take a cue from the actual medical cannabis pharmacies that treat patients with respect and dignity rather than doing business as a shady con.

Do wish there was more of a selection and some better pricing on items larger than 3.5. But other than that not a bad experience. Just could be better. Hate to leave reviews like this but I dont have a filter and speak my mind.

I wanted to check this place out for a while and happy when I got to. The store has a large lot, plenty of parking that's right off the highway so it's an easy spot to get to, great location.Front staff was great, very cheerful. Inside staff was less cheerful but still very friendly and knowledgeable.Prices were a bit higher, but only a few bucks more than what I'm used to paying.The store had glass cases of product you could order however I didn't see a big sign, paper menus or anything else with signage so it was hard to see what was in stock/available.There were some cool flavors and I really enjoyed the vibe, I'll be visiting again if I'm out that way!

The first time in is a bit of a hassle but that is not their fault. It is the Government's fault. The first time you go you have to go inside. After the first time you can go through the drive thru. Be prepared to spend some time here regardless. Important notes: they are not able to accept any major cards. Cash is preferred. There is a $3 processing fee. Useful heads ups. Blake is always nice and helpful!

We spent more than an hour here. It took forever to process us because we had to register. They couldn't figure out if I needed to speak to a provider (already had at another dispensary) and just left us waiting. We were finally able to get in and had another half hour in line as the overwhelmed staff tried to handle the workload. Then they put two prescriptions in my name, not one in mine and one in my husband's, who was also with me and had been registered that day. Which means we have to go AGAIN to get him his stuff. Which will be done at another dispensary because of the experience here.I know it was probably a busy day or something was going on in the background. But it was my only experience there and it is so different than my experience at even busier dispensaries that I have trouble believing it was a coincidence.I don't think I'll be returning, which sucks because it is the closest one to me by a lot.The product selection was decent, at least.

They say you can order online but it is a complete waste of time. They text you to say your order is ready but you still have to stand in the order line again. This presumably because they have given too much to people in the past. They always take too long too. You would think that your skill level would increase and you would learn to do things more quickly.

Not a bad place, but the pharmacist needs to be educated on how the Utah EVS system actually works. When you purchase and the rolling days and you know- maybe invest in a better system other than trying to count the grams manually. I was denied a purchase today and was advised to call my dr to have my prescription increased, when in actuality they don’t know what their doing and have negatively impacted patients and their medications. I would suggest calling Dragonfly Wellness or Wholesome Co, they have an understanding of how the system works as Beehive doesn’t. I was able to purchase via the other stores. But could’ve gone without the hassle!
