As a long-time customer, I've never had any issues with the service or product quality. However, I must say that the last three times I've visited, there have been tourists filling out new applications, causing waits of over 20 minutes. I believe that as an established customer with up-to-date documentation, the front desk should quickly verify it and allow immediate access. That's true customer service, as it would only delay the new customer's request by about 20 seconds. Additionally, I must mention that your main entrance is very dirty and neglected. This should be addressed promptly, as the image of the dispensary speaks volumes…

I have a medical card from Chicago and I’m also a military veteran. They wouldn’t allow me to use the electronic version of my medical card. Other places have let me before. I thought all locations were the same I guess they aren’t.

From the moment I arrived , I was greeted with such a TLC , I felt at home , everyone was great I mean the definition of Customer Service and Hospitality go hand by hand here. And the cherry on the top there all very knowledgeable. These people are #1 for me . Right on the Condado Strip and prices are ridiculously cheap prices and excellent quality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.Thanks to everyone!!!!Good Vibes Only ❤️💪🙌

Super friendly staff, very nice selection, if your from the US with a medical patient card, you still need to check in with islandmed, and get your certification before you can purchase, it cost like $50 for a 5 day pass, just over a $100 for a month, totally worth it

Literally still sitting here for 20 minutes nobody in front of me, but because inventory landed as I was checking in I have to wait. Terrible first time experience for me. Unless the products are first class I’ll never come back!!!P.S. 10 minutes later and I left without my medication waited 25 minutes to get my meds before my flight cause of my anxiety and now I’m going to have to fly without medication and with anxiety! Terrible system honestly never seen anything so unprofessional in my life!!!

I changed my review from negative to very positive... Manegment reached out & was very friendly explained what happened & offered a future discount. I don’t need the discount & will continue to visit Bwell. It’s great when these things are taken care of cheers to the staff & Manegment ! Thanx !
