This place can definitely remind one that some people should not be budtenders, some of the ladies are the most rude and unknowledgeable individuals in the entire industry. Not to mention whoever does their procurement likes to buy wet weed and sell it as top shelf. That being said, growers and middlemen shouldn't ever push wet, uncured weed to market, it highly unprofessional. This shop should post harvest dates on their little signs for the names and "info" for the cultivars being sold as "top shelf". And the rude chick with the nails working 10-30-25 @ 9 pm should be a bud tender if she is that unknowledgeable and irritated with her job...I won't be back.

We had a good time the first two times we visited. Then my boyfriend went. He tried to ask questions, because we liked their pens and flower. The woman who was supposed to be helping him was dismissive, rude, and then blew him off. Eventually she just left the counter and went in the back without a word and didn't come back out. We're boycotting them now. We've already found a different dispensary to use. One with friendly people who are actually helpful

I'm from the Midwest and this was my first visit to Oregon and KFC was a great shopping experience for me. My budtender was friendly, helpful, and knew the product line. If I was a resident this would be my go-to dispensary. I'll be back...

Update: Travis was extremely helpful and made everything right. This was just a misunderstanding and we will return as regular loyal customers. ❤️This is our usual go to place but today the manager or owner was extremely rude and wouldn't honor the prices quoted to my husband by the budtender. The budtender said he could use his vip discount and then the manager/owner said he wouldn't allow it when we have been coming here for a while and never had a problem. Then my husband wanted to buy merchandise and it rang up as one price and then the manager/ owner came and said he would not honor the price. We spend hundreds of dollars in here every month but we will just go back to high lakes because at least they are honest!!!

They sold me a cartridge two thirds full. When I tried to immediately return it they wouldn't let me, ridiculous. This place is a rip off and they steal from their own customers. I have been a loyal customer, never again.

Very poor quality people skills/business etiquette from little blonde girl. Ordered two grams, paid for two grams, only got one gram. Dishonest poor quality bud tender. Will not be wasting my money here again. Suggest new more personable bud tender.
