I always enjoy going to Oregrown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is usually pretty quick but if it's busy there are comfortable seats to wait in. They also have a great selection of quality product.

The people at Oregrown are a consistently lovely bunch. My Father has his MM card and is immensely loyal to this shop, this location in particular, for their consistent commitment to educating, making thoughtful recommendations, and willingness to go above and beyond. Last night, they outdid themselves, however.My dad struggles a bit with anything related to computers, and last night we were placing a delivery order. During the checkout process, the page refreshed, resetting our delivery order to pickup. No fault of their own, things like this happen.Sometime into waiting and without an update, we discovered the issue. After a call to the store, and one VERY helpful associate later (Sol, I think her name was. Apologies if the spelling is off!), she helped us rebuild the cart, re-add his items based on the now-canceled pickup.Sometime during all of this, however, the delivery times had ALL been reserved. So she then confirmed with their delivery person that he'd be willing to handle a last-minute final delivery, and with her on the phone she unlocked a timeslot and I was able to submit his order for him.
