Was racially profiled by James at this location in Duncan, he was unprofessional and disrespectful.Denied me as soon as I presented my passport, he didn't want to it saying it wasn't a legal form of documentation. After confirming with his boss that it was in-fact valid, he still put up if's about it even after. He lacked customer service experience.

A local company that's content with selling its customers trash products while their budtenders hype up burnt, overprocessed product that they're just trying to get off the shelf. Don't listen to their recommendations. Staff has no knowledge. They just try to make sales.

So I had no idea how I was gonna write this review. The staff here are absolutely amazing their were three gentleman when I entered one greeted me and made small talk the other two were so fun and funny to just talk to it seemed like all three were just popping fun at each other while keeping me in , it was like I walked into a family room and I was one of the family , one I recognized as a paramedic who responded to my moms call and this is an Amazing and very very passionate man. So I’m new to this always was against medical marijuana any type of weed at all . Not only did he not overwhelm me with the large variety of goods he sat there and asked me how he could help I explained my back issues and my gut issues my mental state and others ,not only did he help me out and explain to me the best way to medicate which btw has helped me so so so so so much it actually worked he explained to me and help me calm down I was anxious walking in and it was like all three saw that and I instantly calmed down when the big guy said so what you buying me today and just joked . When I said well I don’t know he said well I’m gonna give you a bit of everything as in the store lol he was making a jest. Now he seriously took time to explain why I was feeling anxious and no need to be anxious not only had my anxiety disappeared there was something calming about the two gentleman in the back particularly the bigger gentleman . Not only did He gave me some exercises to do to help calm my back down and helped me understand the foods I was intaking was an issue he helped me medicate properly for the less money I could spend This man has got to be a Dr of some sort because he knows his stuff especially when it comes medical knowledge He was just so kind to me and so attentive him and the young guy listen and slowed it down not only did he not overwhelm me he made me only want to come back and his partner young kid chimed in on equally important things . It wasn’t like they were throwing information and trying to sell me top stuff in fact they were opposite they both said everything works different I feel like these two with the greeter were like a great team .. I will keep coming back I will never pick a different one. The two gentleman also helped my mother who had colorectal cancer she came in a month ago as far as pain management and how to properly medicate and not over do it and the one gentleman told her about what to expect when they reattach her colon to the rectum and these tips has helped herand let me tell you they knew everything that was happening in her process as well. I can’t preach these three enough but if I could it still wouldn’t be enough to. I am sorry this is long honestly if I could do longer I would haha

So I found this place via the Google Review Community, and there is a reason this place is TOP RATED! it had 4.9 stars, so that's what made me choose this place for my medical marijuana needs. They greeted me when I walked in the door, and from there, it just kept getting better. Be nice with your words as this place deserves to be respected. The staff is super knowledgeable about their products and they want you to be as well. I didn't feel comfortable about a product, so my Budtendar suggested I do my research and feel comfortable about what I was putting in my body. Amazing. Then on check out... I was due some change and let me say that the art of counting back change is not lost here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️! Thank you for reaffirming my belief that there is still good in this world and pride in craftsmanship! The gummies I purchased work better than any I have used before.
