Love the ease of being able to order online and pay when I get there. The workers are always very kind and able to answer any questions I have. I've also found the product to be some of the best in the area. I drive an hour 1 way just to go here. Would recommend
This is one of my favorite dispensaries hands down thanks to Kate M. Every time I’m in, she knows exactly what I’m talking about when I tell her how I want to feel. She keeps within my budget and makes stellar recommendations. My boyfriend was even able to find his perfect vape strain because of Kate. She deserves a huge raise and a crown because she’s the amazing Queen of Stage One!!!
Cannot begin to describe how impressed I am with this dispensary! Not only their selection of products, but the service can't be beat. They deliver, and did so during a tornado-warning! Trees down didn't stop Chantelle from making the drive, being re-routed, and finally walking to meet me because more trees were down. They have a customer for life!!
Had multiple excellent experiences here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really like the layout of the shop. If you haven't stopped by yet, you definitely should!!
I can not say enough about Stage One. From the start, they have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff is always willing to answer questions and help navigate through their vast array of products. On two separate occasions, there were issues with my order fulfillment. Both times, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was elevated. Fantastic shop. Clean, bright, and easy to get in and out of. 10/10 recommend this as a must visit for the Cap Region to find a premier experience in the cannabis shop world.
Dude checking IDs is on a power trip, needs a hug, or perhaps needs to not be the first interface with your establishment.I went in yesterday and bought $361 worth of concentrate only to be yelled at by the guy for trying to use the ATM while there was a line of people. I'm very obviously over 21, and if it's that big of a deal there are polite ways to interact with customers (especially in front of other customers.)In a world where there are plenty of legal (and less than legal) options for weed, having a complete jerk as the face of your front door is a weird energy to put out. I won't be going back.
1st timer @ Stage 1⃣ and my experience was great, wait⌚was about 5 minutes.Pros:1. I didn't feel pressured in to making any purchase and was encouraged to browse and ready to ask questions if any came up since there is so much to choose from.2. Staff is actually patient, friendly and knowledgeable they ask you about any products of interest.3. If unsure staff will make some suggestions based on personal experience or feedback.4. Kudos to management👍, this is how a business should operate and treat it's customers so that they come back and share with others.Cons:1. Parking lot in the rear is small, but always found a spotI can't imagine the lot being full or crowded like the average fast food joints from long waits of ordering food.2. Didn't like nor felt comfortable parking next to Stage 1⃣ entrance because of parked cars with unnecessary loud music and some shady looking clients, which Stage 1⃣ has no control over but should look into 🤔 for security reasons and perception.Note: Great Customer Service and Experience Matters!
A great place to shop with cool employees and great service. Products were priced fairly and enjoyable. My order process was taken care of very quickly and had good music and people to chat with while I waited. Gastro pop is my go to if I’m spending more $$ but you can’t go wrong with products from “Revert”, “Heady Tree”, or “Bone Creek” on the lower end. Great stuff here I highly recommend!
I'm another first-time shopper at Stage One Despensaryand we are very satisfied. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of service and how close to home you are, I am definitely going to be a return customer, top notch edibles which is my thing. Great first impressions..☆☆☆☆☆
recommended. professional service that’s pretty quick and courteous. took about 10 mins. customers ahead of me but dealt with quickly. u order with one employee and then another retrieves it and sells it to u about 5 mins later. bring ID and cash. $38 for one large disposable pen. afterwards, carefully cross the street and get a glimpse of the surprisingly attractive downtown albany skyline.
Great quality products, affordable prices, friendly and informative staff and walk-in was quick for me. Without ordering online I came in, picked a few items and left in less than 10 minutes. The location is very convenient for anybody near Rensselaer, Albany and Troy.
