After having dinner, my in laws visiting from out of town wanted a vape before they went to bed.The two bud tenders working that night were amazing! They gave me such good information and product recommendations. They were personable and knew what they were talking about. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to spend money just because. The layout, products, and design of the store were clean and aesthetically pleasing. I hope to be back soon.

Their prices online is not the same as in person.I went inside and I asked their worker a couple things pertaining their product and they had a hostile tone the whole time, as if I am bothering them. Just to then find out their weed is over priced. Customer service could be way better. Maybe they should use their products to calm their nerves.

Twice I have shown up within minutes of closing. Staff was courteous, understanding, and extremely helpful. I couldn't apologize enough for being so close to their closing time. Honestly, they were just happy to help. Nice selection and decent prices as well!!

my boyz Cody & Mike are the best. you guys will love brownies. first of all it’s family run and I love that because you can be the whole family and you’re part of it. The place itself is so adorable and they give you the green bag that matches the color of the building and I love the name too, and they have a great selection and they know what they’re talking about and they’re just good people go there

🔥🔥🔥This is hands down the best Dispensary I’ve ever been to. I live in Arizona and we’ve had legalization for quite some time, but when I’m in town, I always grab the gas from Brownies. They only carry the top brands, and the top products from those brands. The delivery offered is unheard of in the industry, always on time, and the staff all know their stuff and most have been here since they opened. It’s a family owned and operated store, and I absolutely love the grandmother Rose that has checked me in a few times! She always remembers me, the staff remember what I like ( high THC products ) and they never fail to serve up some fire for me! Check them out, and grab some of the best gas in town from Brownies 🔥🔥🔥

This dispensary offers delivery, but doesn’t give potency information for the majority of their products online. How would anyone know the potency they’re ordering? I called for more information and help placing a delivery order. I was told to “google strain information” which obviously wouldn’t help me with their current inventory. When I asked if she could provide a few potency percentages so I could place a delivery order, she sounded exasperated and suddenly said they were too busy to help me with that. The whole interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable and left a really bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be attempting to place an order here again.

Made an order of $131 for delivery (minimum of 100 for delivery orders), was called an hour and a half later, and told my location was too far of a distance and that they didn't deliver after 30 miles, which is entirely understandable. A policy is a policy.However, my location isn't 30 miles or more from the location. Upon explaining such, I was told they could deliver tomorrow (I won't be around. Besides that, now it's all of a sudden doable tomorrow?) Not to mention, the cost of my order was mentioned in a manner that alluded that my purchase amount wasn't worth the distance for delivery; Am I not a paying customer? Have I not met the order criteria listed on the website?I'm not one who has a tendency to complain, especially with workers who deal with the public, but it gave off the impression that the person simply didn't want to make the delivery tonight despite it being placed hours before close.I'll continue to take my business to another dispensary in the area, literally 15 minutes away from Brownies, as I've never had a hassle from their business, and they've got a dramatically smaller minimum order.

Location is a nightmare to get in and out of in a very busy area. Tiny, cramped parking lot. I stood blocked in the the claustrophobic doorway waiting to be checked in because the staff was too busy chatting and blocking the tiny entryway.I then went in and got a half gram cartridge when I ordered a full gram via the website, due to their mistake. Called and the staff refused to rectify the situation properly. This place is by far the worst dispensary I've been to in New York. You're honestly better off driving to Massachusetts at this point.EDIT:In response to the reply, please see the reviews below of the other customers who have also received the wrong products due to the same errors made on their website. This is a reoccurring issue for them. I did not wait "30 seconds" and my review is 100% accurate. You are better off shopping elsewhere as evidenced by the passive aggression in the ownership's response.

I just stopped in because I was having issues with a pen I had bought from another dispensary (I got the replacement cartridge here, but the pen elsewhere). The staff were super friendly and helpful. I could have been told that there was nothing that could be done for the pen, but one staff member (I didn't get his name; I wish I did because he was awesome!) put in an amazing effort to fix my pen. I had to get a new one regardless, but the team here really went above and beyond when helping me. I appreciate them, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Awesome dispensary with lots of different items/products to offer. They have my favorite brand (Dank) that I have gotten from other dispensaries. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant and gives off modern/good vibes. The two workers that helped me seemed very friendly and attentive.
