The people who work here are wonderful - very kind and knowledgeable. The product selection is decent - fine, not the best - but the product *handling* leaves much to be desired. The last flower I purchased there had been packaged 8 months earlier in a simple plastic container with no evident freshness seal, and it was very very dry. I also bought a set of 5 Boveda packs and was dismayed to realize when I got home that the individual wrapping on the packs had been removed ahead of time, again raising questions about the freshness of the product. (Note to staff: Boveda packs come wrapped in plastic for a reason. The moment they're unwrapped, the timer starts to tick on their freshness. I bought 5 packs but can only rely on the single pack I used immediately to last as long as it should - and given the staleness of the bud, I have to wonder how long the packs have been sitting unwrapped too.) The wait time at Be is also strangely long for such a big facility with so many people on staff, and there seems to be some preferential customer treatment happening as I've observed some people get to zoom right in with minimal wait and friendly, familiar chatter with the staffer assisting them while I spend 5+ minutes sitting on the couch in their lounge with every visit. Curaleaf across the Hudson is a little further for me, but I continue to have a better experience there: wider selection of fresher product, minimal wait, and similarly helpful and friendly staff. Same goes for The Botanist in Danbury. Be isn't *bad*, but there are superior alternatives in the area already and more to come with adult use facilities opening soon. Even though it's my closest option, I'll need a good reason to bring my business here again.

Just drive another hour to Massachusetts. You will actually be able to inspect buds before purchasing and you will have more than 3 or 4 options. It's also cheaper recreationally in Massachusetts than the "medical" prices being charged in NY.No experienced user is going to open a jar of Curaleaf flower they bought at "Be." and be happy with the quality. The flower they sell is usually very dry and lacking in aromatics.In a pinch, I would go to one of these Hudson Valley dispensaries, but "Be." makes you fill out a long patient form and have a consultation (even after getting your card and cert from state). Because of this, I would recommend going directly to Curaleaf in Newburgh- you just show your card and buy cannabis- no extra forms and consultations.It's crazy how hard it is to buy cannabis even with a medical card in NY. This is not how medicine is supposed to work.

I have been a new patient since April. Outside of not having large selection which I understand because of current circumstances with the state. I decided to weigh my purchase every 8th was a 2.8 and the quaters were 6.2. At the extremely high prices it should be accurate. Then selling me 2 tinctures which both only have 1 month left until expiration. Last week I purchased $200 the guy took off my 20% first time patient discount that was noted to be held. After I left I saw they had a special spend 200$ take 50 off. When you ask if anything new or fresh they respond with nah. The young man always at the right register is really helpful and I appreciate him. But the others who wLk around with a attitude that buy what we got is no good. I started going to curaleaf and I'm happier with the options and customer service. Seems to have lack of pride to be able to love the industry.

They really make you feel comfortable while going to buy your Medical Marijuana. Usually they have some kind of sale or promotion going on to help you save money. They also give discounts to Veterans and the less fortunate. It might not be a huge discount but the fact they are trying to help the community so they can pay for there prescriptions. I just want to say thank you to Alex one of the staff members at Be. For he is really knowledgeable, dedicated to his job, and very helpful in general. I definitely recommend Be. for medical patients to stop in and try there healing products.

Like every other place just part of the CBD scam, none of it is actually proven to be effective, ibuprofen cost $6 for a bottle of 50 pills which work in hours. The CBD tincture I paid $75 for because the CBD was supposed to help with inflammation on my knee due to a replacement and I preferred not to take the pain meds because they make me sleepy during the day while I need to work. It not only tasted like vegetable oil but was about as effective.

I typically frequent the Brooklyn location, so I had very high expectations, no pun intended, when I arrived at the Wappinger location. This is a very roomy location with lots of glass displays nicely showcasing their various products. All the PCRs I came into contact with, from registration, to consultation, and product selection were very attentive to my questions and knowledgeable about what was available and appropriate for my degree of disability. The pharmacist was also very friendly and provided a full explanation of how to monitor for potential drug interactions, and how I can manage them if they did occur.

Citiva itself is filled with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who treat each customer with a personal touch, really getting to know you. Their prices, however, leave a much to be desired when comparing them to the locations in the surrounding area. With Curaleaf roughly half an hour away in Newburgh routinely featuring discounts, specials, and a membership program with a points system that carries cash over to each subsequent purchase, it's hard to not justify the short drive to them over the convenience of Citiva. Citiva simply hasn't yet approached the market from a competitive angle. If they ever do begin routinely having some kind of extra benefits to shopping there, I'd recommend it, as their service is genuinely good. But as of now, they simply don't have any kind of edge over their local competition from a price standpoint.

The wait time at Be is also strangely long for such a big facility with so many people on staff, and there seems to be some preferential customer treatment happening as I've observed some people get to zoom right in with minimal wait and friendly, familiar chatter with the staffer assisting them while I spend 5+ minutes sitting on the couch in their lounge with every visit. Curaleaf across the Hudson is a little further for me, but I continue to have a better experience there: wider selection of fresher product, minimal wait, and similarly helpful and friendly staff. Same goes for The Botanist in Danbury. Be isn't *bad*, but there are superior alternatives in the area already and more to come with adult use facilities opening soon. Even though it's my closest option, I'll need a good reason to bring my business here again.

I had the place all to myself whereas the day before there was up to a TWO HOUR wait due to 25% off everything! Be. has a huge and varied stock so it might be worth the wait. Plenty of parking and very easy access from either busy commercial Rt. 9 or from rural Osbourne Hill Rd. "Highly" recommend this place to medical patients in NY State. Nobody else is allowed!

Just drive another hour to Massachusetts. You will actually be able to inspect buds before purchasing and you will have more than 3 or 4 options. It's also cheaper recreationally in Massachusetts than the "medical" prices being charged in NY.No experienced user is going to open a jar of Curaleaf flower they bought at "Be." and be happy with the quality. The flower they sell is usually very dry and lacking in aromatics.In a pinch, I would go to one of these Hudson Valley dispensaries, but "Be." makes you fill out a long patient form and have a consultation (even after getting your card and cert from state). Because of this, I would recommend going directly to Curaleaf in Newburgh- you just show your card and buy cannabis- no extra forms and consultations.It's crazy how hard it is to buy cannabis even with a medical card in NY. This is not how medicine is supposed to work.

I have been a new patient since April. Outside of not having large selection which I understand because of current circumstances with the state. I decided to weigh my purchase every 8th was a 2.8 and the quaters were 6.2. At the extremely high prices it should be accurate. Then selling me 2 tinctures which both only have 1 month left until expiration. Last week I purchased $200 the guy took off my 20% first time patient discount that was noted to be held. After I left I saw they had a special spend 200$ take 50 off. When you ask if anything new or fresh they respond with nah. The young man always at the right register is really helpful and I appreciate him. But the others who wLk around with a attitude that buy what we got is no good. I started going to curaleaf and I'm happier with the options and customer service. Seems to have lack of pride to be able to love the industry.

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the products that they have to sell. If you have any questions they always have an answer. They really make you feel comfortable while going to buy your Medical Marijuana. Usually they have some kind of sale or promotion going on to help you save money. They also give discounts to Veterans and the less fortunate. It might not be a huge discount but the fact they are trying to help the community so they can pay for there prescriptions. I just want to say thank you to Alex one of the staff members at Be. For he is really knowledgeable, dedicated to his job, and very helpful in general. I definitely recommend Be. for medical patients to stop in and try there healing products.

Like every other place just part of the CBD scam, none of it is actually proven to be effective, ibuprofen cost $6 for a bottle of 50 pills which work in hours. The CBD tincture I paid $75 for because the CBD was supposed to help with inflammation on my knee due to a replacement and I preferred not to take the pain meds because they make me sleepy during the day while I need to work. It not only tasted like vegetable oil but was about as effective.

I typically frequent the Brooklyn location, so I had very high expectations, no pun intended, when I arrived at the Wappinger location. This is a very roomy location with lots of glass displays nicely showcasing their various products. All the PCRs I came into contact with, from registration, to consultation, and product selection were very attentive to my questions and knowledgeable about what was available and appropriate for my degree of disability. The pharmacist was also very friendly and provided a full explanation of how to monitor for potential drug interactions, and how I can manage them if they did occur.

Citiva itself is filled with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who treat each customer with a personal touch, really getting to know you. Their prices, however, leave a much to be desired when comparing them to the locations in the surrounding area. With Curaleaf roughly half an hour away in Newburgh routinely featuring discounts, specials, and a membership program with a points system that carries cash over to each subsequent purchase, it's hard to not justify the short drive to them over the convenience of Citiva. Citiva simply hasn't yet approached the market from a competitive angle. If they ever do begin routinely having some kind of extra benefits to shopping there, I'd recommend it, as their service is genuinely good. But as of now, they simply don't have any kind of edge over their local competition from a price standpoint.
