After waiting over 30 minutes right when this location opened this morning, and having 8 other customers that came after me go in, I asked if I was still in the queue to go back and was told no I wasn't and that my order was out of stock... Why make me wait so long? I'm disappointed in the customer service I got today. At least give me a break on .56¢ instead of making me use debit because you didn't tell me my order was out of stock when I checked in. I still bought other products. I won't be returning to this location. I get much better service at the midtown location, and better communication.

My wife and I are from the Virginia/Tennessee border. Was not sure what to expect, but what a amazing experience Celeste showed us. Thank you so much, sweetie!! Prices were amazing!! And the gummies are starting to kick in.... Very nice as well.... Well worth the the wait to get in!! We'll be back very very soon!!

This is one of the best dispensaries in New Mexico, bar none. The prices are fair, and generally about the same if not lower the competitors, but the customer service is better. The product is fantastic, and I would recommend checking this place out if you have the chance! The Juan Tabo location is the best location in my opinion

This place absolutely sucks. I brought a cart that clogged on the first day. I went to return it with the receipt!! And was denied because the bus tender rang up the purchase under a different persons name. Not my fault!!! I was refused a refund, even though it was an error on their part. But tender incredibly rude and disrespectful totally unprofessional I will absolutely never come here ever again!

Not only is this the cleanest location in the city, they also have the most helpful staff. Hector is an incredible bud tender. He greets with an awesome smile! He also gave wonderful product reccomendations. Very satisfied.

5 stars is all I can say! The works and people there were so polite and friendly! Especially a young women named Celeste!!!! She was amazing as someone who has seizures I had trouble that day functioning and need more assistance as time went on. Not only did she kindly recommend great choices to help with that but also went above and beyond when she noticed I was having trouble walking she not only graved my bag but held me up and got me to my car all the time making me feel respected and not a burden! I will be coming back!!! Because of CELESTE!!!

This is the biggest Oasis location I've been too. Super clean, looks dam near new as well. The staff was super friendly and they had a humongous selection of anything you can think of for the best prices in all of New Mexico. The quality is super dank as well. They take care of me everytime I come in there and every other visit I get 15$ with my points! Thank you!!
