Bud tenders are great. Management lacks in customer service and knowledge on products and help. She was rude and wouldn’t take the time to acknowledge about the product at discussion and had to go to a different location for the costumer service over an issue at her location. I typically prefer the Juan tabo spot but will now avoid it due to their management I encountered that day

I walked in and learned my ID had expired. The folks at this Oasis supported me and troubleshooted on how we could remedy the situation. Success! Once I entered the shop I was guided by Jackson. He helped me with questions and informed me of choices that I was unaware of. This shop is reliable in its customer service and support. I guess that explains why I keep going back.

I worked with Miko last night and she was great. This was my first time shopping at a dispensary and she made sure to take her time and make sure that I felt comfortable and got everything I needed. She offered products, but it never felt like she was trying to make me buy things that were more expensive and I never felt rushed. I will be back specifically to shop with her. Thanks again Miko.

So unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the lovely gentleman who assisted me and my husband today, because his recommendations were so fire that to be honest, I'm on Mars right now. Oasis never lets me down, and this location is definitely no exception. Only reason I don't frequent this particular store more often is that it's one of the furthest from where I live and work, sadly, but definitely still worth making the trip!

This used to be a great place to shop. The Cannapeak product used to be a great deal. At 2oz for $100. Then they reduced the price again, to a product that is low quality. Leaf covered small buds.In bags that you can't see the product.I'm very unhappy about having to spend more for the higher quality.The Bud tenders are the best. They are knowledgeable, Happy and make shopping a lot easier.I want Oasis dispensary to go back to selling the great quality at a fair price.

This is by far one of the best dispensaries to go to. It is literally Willy Wonka's weed factory and it is quite amazing!! They are the most helpful people and you will always find something that you like. This is one of the best locations in Albuquerque by far. Hi-5 for this location.

After waiting over 30 minutes right when this location opened this morning, and having 8 other customers that came after me go in, I asked if I was still in the queue to go back and was told no I wasn't and that my order was out of stock... Why make me wait so long? I'm disappointed in the customer service I got today. At least give me a break on .56¢ instead of making me use debit because you didn't tell me my order was out of stock when I checked in. I still bought other products. I won't be returning to this location. I get much better service at the midtown location, and better communication.

This is one of the best dispensaries in New Mexico, bar none. The prices are fair, and generally about the same if not lower the competitors, but the customer service is better. The product is fantastic, and I would recommend checking this place out if you have the chance! The Juan Tabo location is the best location in my opinion

This place absolutely sucks. I brought a cart that clogged on the first day. I went to return it with the receipt!! And was denied because the bus tender rang up the purchase under a different persons name. Not my fault!!! I was refused a refund, even though it was an error on their part. But tender incredibly rude and disrespectful totally unprofessional I will absolutely never come here ever again!

5 stars is all I can say! The works and people there were so polite and friendly! Especially a young women named Celeste!!!! She was amazing as someone who has seizures I had trouble that day functioning and need more assistance as time went on. Not only did she kindly recommend great choices to help with that but also went above and beyond when she noticed I was having trouble walking she not only graved my bag but held me up and got me to my car all the time making me feel respected and not a burden! I will be coming back!!! Because of CELESTE!!!

This is the biggest Oasis location I've been too. Super clean, looks dam near new as well. The staff was super friendly and they had a humongous selection of anything you can think of for the best prices in all of New Mexico. The quality is super dank as well. They take care of me everytime I come in there and every other visit I get 15$ with my points! Thank you!!
