The prices here are outrageous!I spent almost 200$ here and got to "spin the wheel" which is completely pointless. Spend over a hundred dollars spin the wheel and what ever it lands they want you to buy as well. So stupid ive been to dispensaries where they have a wheel and what it lands on YOU GET FOR FREE. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere better with better Marijuana and better prices. Ill not be coming back here

My wife went here and got the worst customer service. She couldn't see or smell the flower she was trying to buy and then they sold her shake without telling her. Basically tricking people into buy their inferior products. She left the store and release what the clerk had done. She went back and was rudely told no refunds once you leave the store. DONT GO TO THIS DISPENSERY. Me and my wife will never go back. They tricked us once and got our money. Never again. Don't let it happen to you.

I'm pretty sure, the *goal is, to Get customers.I couldn't tell if it was a company relationship, that she's insecure in, when she has female customers? She seemed upset, that I was intruding, you could cut the tension from her, with a (Passively?) Sharp knife.Something's very off, with the woman who was working yesterday 08/04/25 at 3-4pm, she was working with, a melanated male.I even took the time, to explain to her why, I wasn't tipping her. I told her, because I'm a female, it was comfortable and I regretted it.Besides looking at me like she was wanting to fight with me, she was unresponsive, cold and short with me. Stranger? Do you know your at work?! I asked myself mentally, I was amused.I didn't even ask, if I have any points, b/c she made me Very uncomfortable.You can't intimidate people, out of a bad reviews. I could not tip her for just breathing! This is why, I miss Street weed dealers. Very Professional*, they remember customers, make the work.

I love going to the lomas location PJ does a great job informing me on what was good and what was really good, so if you get a chance swing by and check them out Sunday is my favorite because it's seed junky Sunday and that makes my Sunday's even better.

I went in there to purchase the BOGO for $1 ounce of the sungrown flower which was supposed to be ($50.00 ) regular price. I asked the budtender if she had a sample of the flower to be able to look at it and The budtender informed that they don’t have samples to be able to show and told me that they were small buds and then when she rang me up it came out to $73 and some change, when I asked her if that was the BOGO she stated yes. I was getting ready to leave and looked at my receipt an it showed she charged me $60.00 for the ounce plus tax I looked at the deal again which stated $50.00 ounces not $60.00, so I got back down and went an told the bud tender and showed her the deal on the app. She went ahead and refunded me back for the difference , I got home and opened the 2 ounces I bought and noticed that there was No buds just grounded up bud!!! That is just false advertising they should state that is grounded up bud in the deal not buds!!!!! Will never go back after this.

L&F are constantly out of stock with edibles, and they won’t place a special order for you. I stopped going because they almost never have anything but empty shelves. Wasted so much of my time going here only to walk out empty handed. Oasis is WAY better and always has a huge amount of inventory.
