I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years. Times are hit and miss. Some days I walk right in and I’m out and some days I have to wait 30/40 minutes (also fine!) Staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable about everything they sell.

Majority of the employees are normally always very kind and polite. I didn’t have a few instances with one individual who would give me attitude and sass for no reason until I was able to give her a personal rating then it was sunshine and rainbows after that. I had to always travel an hour to pick anything up and the hours for medical and recreational made it difficult. Every visit I planned on being there at least 45-1 hour due to the extremely ridiculous long lines. The line outside, the checking license point, to the queue inside made the experience feel like I was at Disney waiting to get on a ride. The place itself looked really nice on the inside. I don’t like that about 8-9 months ago they stopped allowing customers to use the restrooms. Some of us traveled a long distance and that just seemed bizarre. I recently had two dispensaries open up in my town so I was able to save on a ton of gas money and wear and tear on my car. The prices were for sure high, compared to ‘street’ prices. Their rewards program was nice but took forever to get a reward to use and you had to wait till you got to specific marks before you can use any points. I haven’t been back since and don’t really plan on it since I now have dispensaries in town.

I come here for recreational and honestly never had a problem. I became a medical holder in PA and ordered for pick up online and it gave me my 20 percent wellness discount. I come to the store for my 9am pick up. Once I get to the store I’m asked for my id behind a glass door and white girl with blond hair tells me I need nj medical not pa . I tried to explain to her it had me for 9am pick up so I was confused and it gave me my medical discount. I wasn’t trying to be combative just explain my situation and why I was confused She just kept saying ok and that they open at 10. I waited for a hour outside in the cold. Security guard comes out I try to hand him my ID and off the bat he tells me no I need your regular ID . Mind you the regular ID is in my hand so I proceed to tell him I am giving you my regular ID. He takes it scans it that it all. So I get to the bud station and explain to the guy my situation for a better understanding so I’m not waiting outside for an hour next time and so I can do things properly on the next order. He called over the manager explain to her he seen multiple orders for 8 and 9 am pick ups. she clarifies about the time and how it shouldn’t of allowed me to order that early and pa medical cards are not accepted and that’s cool as I told her I was just confused because the system recognized me as a patient: no biggie. My problem is she then proceeds to cancel my order and tell me she can’t honor my discount for my items. Highly frustrated at this point I explained to her not only was the other girl rude in the front but I waited for a whole hour for something that honestly if the girl would of took two minutes opened the door to hear me out and not keep me outside like a rabid animal talking thru a glass then I probably wouldn’t have had to have waited an hour in the cold and then proceed to get my order canceled once I get in. The other girl came over while the manager was explaining to me that aro pay was just a hold for her to just repeat what the manager I was dealing with said and again with her rude self in a conversation that had nothing to do with her. Any way They wanted cash for the pre rolls I had no cash or card to use being that I used aro pay and that was my trip to the dispensary. Empty handed spoke to rudely and just disappointed. I would leave reviews for your bud tenders all the time on the surveys because 2 of them are just nice and don’t mind taking the time . But seriously that girl who worked the front desk 9am needs an attitude check. Because next time I will reciprocate the same energy she gave out. You guys charge recreational customers all this money to basically treated us like trash.i asked for a managers info to discuss what was going on she gave me her info because she was the manager 🤦 I just wanted to talk to some one higher then her because rightfully so what happened could of been avoided I’m a Manager for At&t people deserve to be treated properly.

Everyone is great here honestly, including security, but huge shout out to AJ for his super positive attitude today! They were packed and the weather sucked but he had a smile and took the time to be helpful and SO polite. AJ even offered suggestions in case I had second thoughts about one of the products in my purchase. I had a problem with an order. So I messaged and called twice, No answer No call back. So I proceeded to go there to pick up my order. I ran into difficulty when my order wasn't ready. The security guard wouldn't let me in because my "Order ready" confirmation hadn't come through. Long story short, the manager RYAN, came out and talked to me. He then went in and personally filled my order. Came back out to let me know it was ready. Ryan listened to me, was understanding, calm, and attentive. I appreciate Ryan's service and know that if I ever have any problems, Ryan's the one I'm going to talk to. Thank You Ryan!

Gino was very helpful, and when I got up to his terminal, he had my order rung up and good to go in like a minute flat. Considering the Black Friday rush that was taking place today, Gino and the crew there did a great job. I wish there was a better way overall, as we stood outside for almost 2 hours, but that’s a different story. Gino was a great help and I’ll be back to this location.

Almost didn't make the trip to this place because of some of the negative reviews, glad I decided to form my own opinion. Yes, the traffic is terrible in that section of town and the parking is on-street only, neither of which is their fault, they can't control the traffic pattern and there's simply nowhere to build a parking lot. Guys at the door are great, my bud tender Alec or maybe Alan...??? was great and I was in and out in 5 min. I can definitely see how the location would be an issue for someone who has a hard time getting around due to a medical condition, but if you're somebody there for recreational purposes, prepare for the heavy traffic, brush up on your parallel parking skills, grab a couple quarters for the meters and you'll be fine. I'll definitely be going back!

The service in here is amazing. I've been an MMP patient for over a year now, and I only ever go to the Apothecarium. Everyone is super knowledgeable, they listen to your needs, and they provide quality products. I've never been disappointed with the products available. The patient promise helps to keep the price competitive and I do appreciate how they prioritize patients first. I never wait more than 5 min to see a tender. My favorite employee is Danny. He was one of the first tenders I've had the pleasure to speak with and get to know. Really great personality on all the staff, but my shout out goes to Danny for sure! Give that man an award!

Staff here is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. It is a bit expensive but that's just one of the things about legal Marijuana. I will continue to go back here. I've tried just about everything. Stay away from the Kind Tree cartridges. They always get clogged. Which sucks because kind tree usually has a very nice selection. The Gage cartridges are the best. You guys are fantastic over there. Thanks for all your help.

Unfortunately, I have had to change my 5 star review to a 2-star review today. I have had repeated discussions with on-site managers and written to managers via email to voice my concerns. I am sad that it has come to me changing my review on google.This dispensary has STELLAR employees and managers working here which is the reason why it doesn't have a 1-star at the moment. The atmosphere is WONDERFUL. However, since the induction of recreational sales, the quality and inventory of the flower has taken a nose dive. The Apothecium bought an entire strain of "cookies" and a company called, "Gage," yet do not even have medication from this company consistently. The price for patients of the new "cookies" and "Gage" strains, after the merger is RIDICULOUS! $70 per eighth for patients--a measly $5 discount from recreational prices. Plus, after paying $70 for an eighth of my medication, it's completely ineffective and extremely harsh.I'm sorely disappointed and do hope that the dispensary will somehow manage to turn things around and have proper inventory. Perhaps, reconsider recreational sales, as their "Patient Promise," means nothing when they sell all their medication to non-patients from across the river in Pennsylvania.Melissa

Very chill employees and super friendly. The lines are a bit insane but that's expected this early on when there are very limited options around. The prices will also most likely drop once competition enters the area. Until then they have no reason to really push for discounts/lower prices because there really isn't a choice unless you want to drive further away.The selection for non-medical is kinda sad as well. Very limited but again it's pretty new so I'm sure that'll expand as their greenhouses get larger and more money coming in over time.The products are pretty good themselves though. Distillates are amazing for people with asthma such as myself. Again the prices do make you think about just going to the street instead but at least you know exactly what you are getting here. But if you already have some strong stuff on the side then paying taxes and higher pricing isn't worth your time. This is more for people who were scared to buy off the streets or didn't want to do anything "illegal" because if we're all honest here you can pay almost 30-40% less on the streets almost anywhere.

What’s the point of advertising you are selling to Rec customers and then rec customers turn up and you have a sign on the door saying no rec customers today? At least have update your social media about it or website.Rise is Bloomfield has better prices, more selection, and WAY NICER customer service than this place. Worth the drive honestly.

Everyone is great here honestly, including security, but huge shout out to AJ for his super positive attitude today! They were packed and the weather sucked but he had a smile and took the time to be helpful and SO polite. AJ even offered suggestions in case I had second thoughts about one of the products in my purchase. I had a problem with an order. So I messaged and called twice, No answer No call back. So I proceeded to go there to pick up my order. I ran into difficulty when my order wasn't ready. The security guard wouldn't let me in because my "Order ready" confirmation hadn't come through. Long story short, the manager RYAN, came out and talked to me. He then went in and personally filled my order. Came back out to let me know it was ready. Ryan listened to me, was understanding, calm, and attentive. I appreciate Ryan's service and know that if I ever have any problems, Ryan's the one I'm going to talk to. Thank You Ryan!

This was my first time visiting here. Patricia was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was able to suggest products that were exactly what Inwas looking for. She even directed me to items that were on sale and saved me some cash. She signed me up for an account and I am on my way to rewards savings also. Gino was very helpful, and when I got up to his terminal, he had my order rung up and good to go in like a minute flat. Considering the Black Friday rush that was taking place today, Gino and the crew there did a great job. I wish there was a better way overall, as we stood outside for almost 2 hours, but that’s a different story. Gino was a great help and I’ll be back to this location.

Almost didn't make the trip to this place because of some of the negative reviews, glad I decided to form my own opinion. Yes, the traffic is terrible in that section of town and the parking is on-street only, neither of which is their fault, they can't control the traffic pattern and there's simply nowhere to build a parking lot. Guys at the door are great, my bud tender Alec or maybe Alan...??? was great and I was in and out in 5 min. I can definitely see how the location would be an issue for someone who has a hard time getting around due to a medical condition, but if you're somebody there for recreational purposes, prepare for the heavy traffic, brush up on your parallel parking skills, grab a couple quarters for the meters and you'll be fine. I'll definitely be going back!

The service in here is amazing. I've been an MMP patient for over a year now, and I only ever go to the Apothecarium. Everyone is super knowledgeable, they listen to your needs, and they provide quality products. I've never been disappointed with the products available. The patient promise helps to keep the price competitive and I do appreciate how they prioritize patients first. I never wait more than 5 min to see a tender. My favorite employee is Danny. He was one of the first tenders I've had the pleasure to speak with and get to know. Really great personality on all the staff, but my shout out goes to Danny for sure! Give that man an award!

Staff here is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. It is a bit expensive but that's just one of the things about legal Marijuana. I will continue to go back here. I've tried just about everything. Stay away from the Kind Tree cartridges. They always get clogged. Which sucks because kind tree usually has a very nice selection. The Gage cartridges are the best. You guys are fantastic over there. Thanks for all your help.

They have Flower, Edibles etc. 2hrs into business all Recreational welcomed. They also accept debit cards for payments or cash. Off street parking available.

Unfortunately, I have had to change my 5 star review to a 2-star review today. I have had repeated discussions with on-site managers and written to managers via email to voice my concerns. I am sad that it has come to me changing my review on google.This dispensary has STELLAR employees and managers working here which is the reason why it doesn't have a 1-star at the moment. The atmosphere is WONDERFUL. However, since the induction of recreational sales, the quality and inventory of the flower has taken a nose dive. The Apothecium bought an entire strain of "cookies" and a company called, "Gage," yet do not even have medication from this company consistently. The price for patients of the new "cookies" and "Gage" strains, after the merger is RIDICULOUS! $70 per eighth for patients--a measly $5 discount from recreational prices. Plus, after paying $70 for an eighth of my medication, it's completely ineffective and extremely harsh.I'm sorely disappointed and do hope that the dispensary will somehow manage to turn things around and have proper inventory. Perhaps, reconsider recreational sales, as their "Patient Promise," means nothing when they sell all their medication to non-patients from across the river in Pennsylvania.Melissa

Very chill employees and super friendly. The lines are a bit insane but that's expected this early on when there are very limited options around. The prices will also most likely drop once competition enters the area. Until then they have no reason to really push for discounts/lower prices because there really isn't a choice unless you want to drive further away.The selection for non-medical is kinda sad as well. Very limited but again it's pretty new so I'm sure that'll expand as their greenhouses get larger and more money coming in over time.The products are pretty good themselves though. Distillates are amazing for people with asthma such as myself. Again the prices do make you think about just going to the street instead but at least you know exactly what you are getting here. But if you already have some strong stuff on the side then paying taxes and higher pricing isn't worth your time. This is more for people who were scared to buy off the streets or didn't want to do anything "illegal" because if we're all honest here you can pay almost 30-40% less on the streets almost anywhere.

So to start off I came in a little hot with some issues. Despite me being obviously frustrated, the Assistant General Manager Jeff De Sane went above and beyond to resolve my said issues. I am very grateful for the way I was treated.The courtesy and professionalism extends beyond Jeff as every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of this coupled with some of the very best product in the state and unbeatable prices, will ensure that I come back to this store despite the drive.

It doesn’t make sense that on their website they have patient hours only but it seems the past few days they haven’t been serving rec customers. What’s the point of advertising you are selling to Rec customers and then rec customers turn up and you have a sign on the door saying no rec customers today? At least have update your social media about it or website.Rise is Bloomfield has better prices, more selection, and WAY NICER customer service than this place. Worth the drive honestly.
