I really used to love Helena Buds. Love your Florida oranges. But Yall be slacking on the flower in your bags. This is terrible trimming for one and two your prices are way to high to be selling this as your product. Please put more pride into your product as this isn’t a great look for repeat customers.

The bud is always good but the customer service is terrible. I'm always served by someone who clearly does not want to be there. The customer service used to be phenomenal. Now I don't want to even come in because the budtender is so unfriendly. I sure miss Brian, Alex, and Will. Buying weed should not feel like a chore. Whoever that bald dude was who was the manager for a year or so completely ruined everything. The same budtender that hates her job used to love it before that bald dude. He ruined it for her and for us customers. Joe, you need to make this right.

yes certain things have changed they make great improvements here! Every second Wednesday of the month you can go in and get great deal on some flour if your recreational it's 100 bucks if you're a medical it's 90 it's every second Wednesday of the month! 👍 deals daily awesome service and various varieties tp choose from!! I will always return to either location in helena by mother load or off of Canyon ferry road!!! I was about to visit Helena Buds and was chatting with my sister for a moment before entering. During our conversation, an employee approached with an unwelcoming demeanor, gesturing for me to move back. I lowered my window to explain I was on my way in, to which he responded dismissively, "I would hope so." He then informed me I was parked on what he referred to as his 'porch'—a paved area adjacent to the shop that, in my defense, resembled a parking spot and lacked any 'no parking' signage. His overall attitude and manner of addressing me were off-putting. This encounter led me to decide against entering the shop and instead, I opted to take my business to another store down the road.

They always have good deals for bud which is what I'm always after, and their budtenders are always the friendliest of any dispensary I go to. One also blows some of the glass pieces available for sale there, which is also rad.

Do you enjoy good flavor profiles in your medicine?These people care, they produce their own product and could only hope here soon you'll see helena buds ROSIN available in a store near you.Full cured dry sift rosin - maintaining its flavor and staying stable... their papaya is just that. The terps even at room temp have not reduced its quality or texture. Stable.Do yourself a favor and shop where the best products in town are... of course in my opinion. (I stopped at all of them... this one deserved a review.)
