My partner and I were in KC for a weekend trip, so we stopped in twice in two days, and BOTH visits were awesome!The check in process both times was very quick, straightforward, and the front desk bud tender was super sweet both visits.The atmosphere was 10/10 in the back, and the music playing was incredible!! We had the same bud tender both visits, and he was so knowledgeable with great recommendations, and answered every question we had. I really appreciate the attention to making sure we got a good deal/best discount as well!! We purchased multiple recommendations from him and they were suuuper great!!Hands down the best dispensary in the KC area we’ve visited as out-of-towners 🖤[ I wanted to update this with a shoutout to Nicholas, who I believe was our budtender both visits!! You were the bessstt!! ]

My order was totally wrong. I wanted a vape and ordered a vape. After I paid and looked in the bag, I noticed that the order was wrong. Since I had already paid, they wouldn't, I am sure by law they couldn't, take it back. So the reason they did this is because they are missing stock so they put whatever in the bag. So I wasted 125.00 on product I cant use. Not a good first experience at the store. Won't be back.

Pricing was competitive to other local outlets, and I especially appreciate avoiding the double local tax grab encountered when shopping KCMO locales. I will definitely be back, and will not hesitate recommending to others that BesaMe is worth checking out. Only one small, I mean small to the point of being practically inconsequential. Your web design is not the best. An outlet of this caliber deserves better. Again, Five Stars all day long.

I have loved visiting this location for the past year. I recently moved to the area and fell in love with the staff at this location and its convenient location-until recently. The last two times I’ve ordered (both in person and order pickup) have left me feeling like my presence there was more of a nuisance than a welcomed customer. I have really enjoyed my time here but I will look to other locations in hopes of better service.

I bought a ready to use disposable vape cartridge. And when I got home I realized that it didn't work. I took it back up to the store and they immediately got someone to help me. We talked and she asked questions about what I wanted. They didn't have another in the exact product that I bought, but another employee had an idea of combining 2 different products to create what I wanted. So they exchanged the broken product with 2 different products that, when put together, did the same purpose. The point is I left happy because they used their brains to come up with a pleasing solution. There are so many companies that don't do this. You express dissatisfaction and companies don't care, but Besame was concerned about my satisfaction, and that's why I'll go back. I love what I bought
