Love how easy it is to navigate the website, place my online order, and slide in and out when I pick it up. Everyone seems so helpful and knowledgeable. Also, love how they always have some sell going on or points to be used bc every time I go to pick my order up it’s usually $10-20 less than I was expecting!

First timer visiting BesaMe - long, long, long time consumer. Jordan served as Budtender, and she was great. Pricing was competitive to other local outlets, and I especially appreciate avoiding the double local tax grab encountered when shopping KCMO locales. I will definitely be back, and will not hesitate recommending to others that BesaMe is worth checking out. Only one small, I mean small to the point of being practically inconsequential. Your web design is not the best. An outlet of this caliber deserves better. Again, Five Stars all day long.

I have loved visiting this location for the past year. I recently moved to the area and fell in love with the staff at this location and its convenient location-until recently. The last two times I’ve ordered (both in person and order pickup) have left me feeling like my presence there was more of a nuisance than a welcomed customer. I have really enjoyed my time here but I will look to other locations in hopes of better service.

I bought a ready to use disposable vape cartridge. And when I got home I realized that it didn't work. I took it back up to the store and they immediately got someone to help me. We talked and she asked questions about what I wanted. They didn't have another in the exact product that I bought, but another employee had an idea of combining 2 different products to create what I wanted. So they exchanged the broken product with 2 different products that, when put together, did the same purpose. The point is I left happy because they used their brains to come up with a pleasing solution. There are so many companies that don't do this. You express dissatisfaction and companies don't care, but Besame was concerned about my satisfaction, and that's why I'll go back. I love what I bought

I have shown up there having left my lighter at home and they gave me a lighter, needed papers and they hooked me up with those too. They always take good care of me and I won't go anywhere else.
