First, let me start by saying I love this place and never have an issue with the greenlight brand.DO NOT PURCHASE ELEVATE BRAND! I got the 2 for 60 eighths the other day. First one was okay. Tossed it on my scale and it was 3.3 grams. The second bag was only 2 grams! I feel robbed.

They put up unbelievably good sales to get you in the door but never have the product! This is the fifth different time in over a year and I'm part of the founders club that I've tried to take advantage of a sale where the entire week of the sale they had zero product I checked late at night I check in the morning before they close I check after their so-called delivery times that they lete in on. I'm convinced that you guys put these sales up to get people in the door. And then try to convince them to buy another product. After having something that I ordered and got confirmation of sold out from underneath me. And now five different times trying to take advantage of a sale we're not one time you guys have had the product and the sale has ended. I go to relief can I have unbelievable deals on a daily basis and they actually have the product that they say they have on sale. There aren't any deals to be had here even the so-called deals are pretty much normal price at other places like relief. Guys are selling the same codes but for $30 to 35. That they are selling for $22.50 why? The same cheap no name half gram cartridges I can get from relief for $15 you guys are selling for 30 and 35 why? I think they are taking advantage of being so close to the state line and knowing that people are coming across and will take what they get without raising a fuss or don't know what the hell they're doing or talking about but as experienced people know that we're getting screwed here!I'm just going to say the generic responses put up for both good reviews and bad reviews shows the exact level of care that's going into this!

Marisa was so kind with helping me out on my first visit! She made sure I got the best bang for my buck, and got excellent alternatives when I realized I wasn’t fully happy with my choices. The front desk/security was also super chill
Maxwell was very friendly during my check out, the shop was very clean and organized, and the rest of the staff behind the counter were very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Although the security man upfront seems like he would rather be doing anything else.
I live closer to other competitors but I had the pleasure of working with Tim when visiting this location. He helped me pick out a variety of products to help with pain management for a family member who had never tried this route and it helped a ton. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. He also works at a fast pace. I highly recommend working with him next time you’re in. I will be going back.
Tim went above and beyond to help me navigate what I truly was looking for..he’s ability to listen and understand customers needs is unparallel. He made my experience fully a 5 star. I will continue to drive to this location just for the customer service!
Tim schraad was super helpful and informative on all the products I had questions on. He didn't beat around the bush and try to convince me to get a product I didn't want. Friendly bud tender and will definitely come back to talk with him again.
I love Green Light in general, but this location specifically is my absolute favorite. The people that work here are so friendly and personable. I had a problem with a cart that the manager on duty (forgot to ask his name, blonde gentleman with glasses) handled so professionally and with such kindness it made my day. The staff here makes my day just about every time I visit! I enjoy this place so much I consider grabbing a job application every time I go in lol. There’s closer dispensaries to me now but I will keep driving the extra 10 minutes to Green Light 🙌🏼
This was my first experience at Greenlight & third dispensary experience in general, so I’m still learning 😅 Max was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient while walking me through today’s purchase. Their staff and their prices had me smiling from start to finish. Safe to say GL is my new go-to! Thanks again 🙏
when I purchase an item from this location, they indicated everything is fresh. Nothing is dry old Both times I have purchased an item they are dry. They are not fresh They need to train their staff a little bit better because when I asked the young lady, if the items are fresh, she said yes, but they were not Then comes out the general manager supposedly he wants to treat you like a little child with his hand gestures I did not like his attitude that he had he assumed that I left the store went to my house, put old marijuana in the bag, but I never left his store Bad experience
My first time in to greenlight. Hunter was amazing. I was looking for something for pain and sleep. He was very informative and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and confident about what I was buying! If I could give him six stars, I would!

Best dispensary in kc! I’ve never had a bad experience in the times I’ve gone. I’m superrrr not into going places alone but everyone in there is so nice and helpful it feels like friends are helping you pick your order. If I could rate it higher I would!

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff, maybe there's one standoffish person in the mix but just about every budtender I spoke with has been transparent and patient with me. I just recently started ordering at one of the four kiosks by the door, I like that I can take my time to browse and find myself what I'm looking for. I met the manager and he was looking out for me when he noticed my profile didn't show a military discount. Overall the best dispensary I have discovered in the Midwest. Great prices and excellent selection.
McKenzie is amazing!! I had no idea what I wanted and she asked all the right questions and gave me a few great options. She made me feel comfortable and didn't overwhelm me like some places.
Always have a good interaction with the budtenders at this location. Dylan was really nice and knowledgeable. I know him from a different location and he remembered me.
