This place is great. But never have I ever had my flower ordered and got 14 gs taken away because someone online ordered. The priority should be your in store shoppers who spend good money every week. Driving 40 mins to get half of my flower bought off the scale is unacceptable. I appreciate the staff still taking care of me this was just frustrating and unfortunate

Got 28 grams of Pinchys shake for $100 after taxes. This was the best deal of the day in the KC Northland.Was a very smooth process even for a 1st timer. I ordered mine for pickup and would recommend online ordering unless you prefer to browse in store.BesaMe has been added to my favorite Google maps folder now for quick online browsing. Looking forward to returning to BesaMe.

Ordering ahead is super easy and I love that you can collect points with every purchase. They have daily deals as well so if you plan correctly you can get your favorite goods for hella cheap. Very unfortunate that three businesses squeezed into a tiny strip without expanding the parking lot. Had to park in another parking lot down the road and walk to this location, wasn’t even a line in the dispo. If ya’ll could fix the parking lot situation I’d feel more inclined to come to this location but instead I drive out to the Smithfield one because they have easier parking.

LOVE BesaMe!! I usually shop at the Barry Road or Smithville locations, but I have been to all the other locations in the area. No matter where I shop, the level of amazing customer service never changes. BesaMe always has a wide variety of inventory loaded with great products from flower to wax and everything in between. The Budtenders are all very knowledgeable, always take the time to answer any questions and they never make you feel rushed, even when it’s super busy! We recently moved to St. Joe and still make the drive to BesaMe. Not one of the few dispensaries here can even come close to BesaMe! A St. Joseph location would be amazing! Pretty please?

The best dispensary I’ve ever been to!I’m from manati PR and I was blown away with how their building looked on the inside because outside is small but inside WOW I loved it!The prices are okay but the products are amazing, my cannabis consultant today was the lovely Kira the sweetest girl there, best customer service I’ve received in a long time and out of all the dispensaries I been to, this is one of my favorites for their simplicity, product knowledge, did I mention everyone there is either gorgeous or very handsome? Ok and professionalism is to the top tier, armed security that makes you feel safe.I would definitely recommend this place! I’m going back and asking for my girl Kira 🤗🫡 and getting the same thing I got last time or try their airport bundle! Haha I’m excited to go back! Don’t listen to the bad reviews those are people who have no idea what their talking about and if anything are just competitors being sleazy

Disappointed with the product I purchased, blue dream ice water hash. It is stale! It was not sticky, more like kief. It wasn't even smokable! Since I regularly shop here I told the bud tender who then dismisses me and tells he he was sorry I was disappointed with. No it was beyond that at point! I would be more than happy to bring it in to show them and I'm told once sorry you didn't like it. I couldn't be more disappointed and dissatisfied. Simply not good business.

Let my start bye saying that in the last few months, I have visited the location off of Berry Road quite often probably I would go as far as to say maybe once a week the people have always been very helpful and friendly but with that said today I had the worst experience. I typically put in online orders because I have figured out that it is a lot quicker most of the time , but not always the case today I get there and when I walk inside, I realize that the online order line was extremely long and it didn’t seem to have anybody waiting in the lobby to go in and shop to order so I casually asked the guy working at the front desk. If he thought it would be quicker for me to just go in and shop to order instead of standing whating in the online order line, he advised me yes. So I said sweet at that point in time, another one of their employees opened the door to allow people inside to shop I am assuming she felt like I was complaining about the weight because at that point in time she asked me to calm down I replied to her ma’am I’m sorry, but I’m not upset in anyway I am calm so after standing there for another five minutes and debating on whether I should leave or not, because why should I spend my money somewhere if that’s the way they’re employees are going to speak to me this way so I eventually ask the person working for the front desk if there was a manager there that I could speak to she then informs me that the employee that I was fixing to complain about was the manager so I said, OK could you do me a favor and go get her please and this person working in the front desk looks at me and tells me no that she’s too busy . Long story short, I would love to speak to somebody in management to make a formal complaint But was denied that, and these dispensaries are supposed to be legitimate businesses . If anybody reading this has any suggestions on how I could get a hold of a member of management above store level apparently to make a formal complaint I would greatly appreciate that
