Made the trip from Blue Springs for the most horrible experience in a dispo I’ve ever had. Nowhere at face value is it advertised that orders must be placed online.I waited 20 minutes figuring out what I wanted and settled on Florida Kush. I go and talk to a bald white guy who turns me away because I have no online order despite the fact I watched another customer window shop with no online order. (He was well taken care of)I called and had a chat with Lindsey who was far from helpful. Customers here are not treated equally and the unprofessionalism really stands out at this dispo.I was a new customer who left empty handed and unless incentivized I will never be returning.

Had never had a bad experience here before. But tonight when the drive through speaker cut out, I said “I think your speaker is cutting out, I can’t here you, I’m just here for my order please” I was told that I was being rude and that I would have to go inside (after spending over half an hour in line). She then shut the drawer and would not allow me to return the container. Then she sent security after me who accused me of trying to steal their container!!Best price, best deals, best hours…but I’m not likely to ever be returning here.

Learning about the benefits of medical and it was nice to see the control and education behind it. We need pain relief with education, therapy and instructional learning material for TBIs and injuries that just need Brain help with know high. My current remedy until our state decides to help more of us struggling that can’t take pain meds. Help Idaho

I drive from midtown and at this point, I won’t shop anywhere else.Today I worked with Coop to get some fire rosin and flower. Releaf has been the consistent go to for a long time. But recently I went in for the first time and was helped by a knowledgeable employee named Winston. He made the experience so much more enjoyable and had us spend more than we planned because he really knew what we were looking for. This man deserves a raise! Or ar least a gold star for exemplary customer service!

This is by far the best dispensary in the entirety of the state of Missouri. Multiple times, I have come through with just the drive thru. However, even all of the budtenders on the sales floor are incredibly kind. They go above and beyond to ensure the best for the customers, which isn't done as much as it should be... this place is very welcomed breath of fresh air.I have been a customer for a long time now and I'll continue to be one simply because of how attentive the salespersons are, truly something worth celebrating.

Really long line for drive-thru pickup, last car was almost even with the cars driving out so I went inside and no one was there in line. Your great budtender, D, I believe is his name. Helped me get my drive-thru order quickly and was sovery nice and helpful.I normally use the drive-thru but I really enjoy going inside, next time I will go to the back and have someone help me with choices before I order ahead. I'm looking forward to it!Great, easy fun staff!

It is now 3:20 been here since 2:30am. This location says that the drive-through is open 24 hours. The note in the window says restocking please ring the bell for service. We’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes. There is also a line of cars and no one is coming to the window. I mean do you all pay your staff to sleep during their shift? Mind you this is my favorite location but y’all definitely need to get better staff that’s not going to sleep during their shift And miss out on money for your company…. Someone contacted me asap and made everything up. Great service save. Still my number one spot!!!

I've been in tons of dispensaries all over the country and this is hands down one of the best. They treat me like family, they have the best prices and if there's anything I ever want and they don't have it they'll get it, but they have such a wide variety Of selection I'm always trying something new. The drive-thru is extremely convenient for after I get off work and everywhere else is closed. Even if the line looks long, they get through it real quick and they got a good system. No needing wasting your time going anywhere else in the Kansas City area. Just go here!
