This is a nice place and staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the products were not as described. I went in for vegan gummies and was told all five options I purchased were vegan. It was very disappointing to get home and find that all but one contained gelatin. Definitely not vegan and quite wasteful to have to toss them out.

I stopped in to pick up mints for my friend, I was assisted by Jack, although they were out of my usual, Jack suggested other blends as a substitute, I haven’t tried it yet, however I’m confident I will. Jack is very knowledgeable of all products, it was great working with him today!! PS: I forgot to get the mints 🙁

This particular time Devon was helping me out and he helped me get every single cent of discount savings he could. Saved me a ton of money! And then he offers me a free preroll because I spent over a certain amount. The experience was so good I had to make a review about him. I’ve managed quite a few people throughout my career and I can say for sure Devon is the kind of worker any business would be lucky to have. Not everyone gives a crap about their job. He obviously does. I hope the manager sees this and gives him a raise!

The entire staff is super friendly, this is my go-to spot when I'm on a time crunch and need good vibes. Don't let a long line discourage you, they knock it out faster than the Chick-fil-A across the street 🙂

Is always ready to suggest new things, every face is a friendly face in this building. Everyone is Helpful and knowledgeable. The products are second to none. Easy to read menus. No self-scrolling through iPads, they deal with all of it for you. The building is always tip top & clean.

PROPER P (Paige) is the best budtender ever! She took an HOUR to properly explain the different products they offer and the benefits to my grandmother. She is indulging in marijuana for the first time ever & this was such a pleasant experience for her. What she received helped with her pain and aches and of course had her feeling great! We will be back there in a few weeks and hopefully get Proper P again!

Went in with my friend the other night because we like to figure out what to buy together since we have similar tastes but after they checked us both in the lady who called my friend back shut the door in my face when I tried to go with them. I then waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes, never got brought back, and then finally decided to just wait outside for my friend since I don't want to spend my money at a business that treats people like that. My friend also did not enjoy the cashier's "assistance" or see the point of her even being there because she knew nothing about extracts and had an unpleasant attitude while he was there. The paper menus are also inaccurate compared to the things we saw on their website. I have never been to a dispensary that had a problem with me shopping with the person I'm with. Lame that I can get better treatment when buying Proper brand products at any dispensary except the actual Proper location. I was excited to finally have a Proper nearby but I will not be going back again.
