Second visit today, after not coming to this location for a few months. The parking security people are horrific. I watched them yell at a lady who was a nervous wreck because she couldn't fit into the space. I had a ton of anxiety with the environment these security people put out. I'm also dissapointed in your staffing at this location. I waited about 20 minutes behind the same customer to pick up my order. The lines were almost out the door by the time I left. Only one guy on medical side during a Friday at lunch hour? Won't be going back here unless I get notified the parking issues there are resolved. I prefer not to be yelled at before I spend my hard earned money at an establishment.

Still some good service once in a while and a clean safe shop but it has gone way down hill since adding recreational and firing some key team members. Not the same vibe anymore! It’s often too busy here to be practical and the parking lot security presence leaves it all feeling less fun, less safe and more sketchy. I get why they’re there when the traffic is nuts but this is not the vibe. They’re clearly catering more to the adult use dollars than the Sanctuary of care that this used to be. Bummer.

This place was pretty cool. Easy access to the highway. Once you’re in it has a pretty cool set up on the inside of the store. Staff was fun in the chaos was easy to navigate. I thought it was pretty cool to have both medicinal and recreational all in one building.

Have been steadily catering to the adult use. Numerous times I have put in online orders only to get there have to wait in line because the adult side cashier's out number the med side by 4 to 1. This is really irritating as well , knowing how slow these people are it does no good to put an online order in as when you finally get to the counter your order is still hanging from the machine.

Good in a pinch but whenever there is any kind of line, it’s one of the many reasons I’m reminded why not to go to sanctuary. Never have I seen any sense of urgency from any of the people behind the counter even when the line is out the door. I really can’t begin to fathom why you’d want to not get people moving in and out a liiiiiiitle bit more efficiently. Secondly, the flower is simply miles behind any of the other dispos in the area. Every now and then they have a banger of a strain but it’s few and far in between.

It’s 2024 and cannabis has been legal for quite a while. How this place continually disappoints with basic service is beyond me. If you want to come to a place to wait in an unnecessary line for an uncanny amount of time, and walk away with an over priced, dried out, sub par product you absolutely should stop in. If you prefer a good experience and a good product, I cannot stress enough how many other options you have within spitting distance.

Would give a better rating but not happy with the fact that I was unable to redeem my medical card renewal vouchers because I was ten days past the 30 days since my renewal. For vouchers that supposedly “don’t expire” or at least don’t expire until SIXTY days after renewal, I thought this 30-day activation rule was pretty sneaky and simply unfair. Every dispensary has different rules regarding medical vouchers, it’s impossible to keep them straight especially when you typically only have “60 days” at each dispensary to use your vouchers…nevermind 30 to activate them! Products are quite expensive and a large reason I renew my card yearly is for these beginning 60-day vouchers because they make my weed significantly more affordable for me, for a short time. Add Sanctuary to the list of medical dispensaries trying to take that away from us.It’s one of the only medical dispensaries close to my home as well; quite disappointed.

I can not wait until a new place opens closer in the area. I like this place for the most part, medical has some great deals. the actual quality of some of their stuff is sometimes lacking tho. recently accidentally bought shake of the turbinado strain (meant to by 7 grams of actual buds) and mannnn i wish i could bring it back. it’s way too leafy and sort of stemmy. the other thing i want to mention is that you guys need more normal parking. those parallel spots don’t cut it, especially when it gets busy.

Medical user here. I'm a big fan of this place. The prices are decent, they usually have some good deals. Staff is friendly. Especially the dude with the beard and long hair. (Don't know his name but he kinda looks like Jesus). My only complaint is that the medical side and recreational side have different products. I went there the other day looking for the thc sodas and couldn't buy them on the medical side. After buying medical I had to then wait again in recreational to purchase the sodas and on top of that I had to pay taxes on the soda. Really my only gripe.

A great dispensary with amazing and tasty product. Biggest issue is parking, often times you’ll have to circle parking lot trying to park with 5 other people. I wish the sale prices were reflected better online than they do, sometime the sale price will work and sometimes they don’t. I recently purchased gummies on sale for 2 for $30 and even double checked with tender then got home and was charged $25 each! Called and they said I needed to come back same day or they wouldn’t fix it. Not fun because I was 45 minutes away. This is just a bunch of constructive criticism and I’d love for this place to be the best around. Like I said, the product is amazing.James

Fine dispensary. Prices are absolutely horrendous normally, but there’s usually a few good deals they have offered, as well as a first timer $200 off. Staff are all pretty nice, however a major complaint I have is the wait. I had to wait 25 minutes for 3 people because the medicinal line only has one employee on, while the Rec always has atleast two. Sad to see they prioritize money over assisting people, however this isn’t unusual in massachusetts. Overall would go back again, cartridges and bud are fantastic.Edit: 5 stars now. 50 dollar half oz beats the 2 hour drive up to maine. Only very slight complaint is one of the packages was packaged on May and was still sold. Still should smoke well 🌿

If you close at 10 you close at 10 not 9:45! I was told by the security guard that the manager said to lock the doors at 9:45, that’s a joke!

I went to Woburn to check out the store and buy some concentrates, it was beautiful inside on rec opening day. I bought an awesome glass piece that caught my eye & in less than 1 month it broke apart at the 14mm fitting.I clean my banger at 125 degrees using q-tips and alcohol. While doing so, my 14mm female on piece it just MELTED feeling like putty just came apart! I use an old school 110v High Five coil eNail…. NO Torch EVER!I was lightly cleaning the banger as I always have at this temp, with a Q-Tip and just spinning the q-tip with my fingers around the banger to clean it. In over 5 years of vaping, I have NEVER come across this.It’s my hope, when I come back in beginning of July to visit family, management will (Please) help me out with a refund/exchange or credit. This piece was BARELY used for less than 30 days and should NOT have melted/crack falling apart at the 14mm fitting, again, while I was lightly cleaning the banger with a Q-tip. I have broken glass pieces of course that were my fault, this isn’t that type of situation.The connections from the base to the top where the 14mm connector gets thinner and weaker as you get closer to the top. After it broke and examining it closer, I can see that it was a weaker part of the glass. No one should be selling pieces that break so easily in less than 30 days ☹.To be continued…….

I had recently gotten my medcard and quite frankly due to my treatment, I can get quite confused from time to time. I was meant to pick up an online order. Instead of help from anyone, I was given attitude by the security and then attitude from the budtender as he was confused as to why I was in the medical line. When explaining it was my first time ordering at this location, their eyes rolled. Completely different to my first time heading in. I got my card to help with my anxiety, not go somewhere that is meant to relieve it, be met with even more anxiety. Luckily due to having the wrong payment method I did not end up wasting my money here. Probably will not be returning. Staff does not make first time users feel at ease, I certainly was not. Tried my luck somewhere else and was taken care of completely with no judgement or eye rolls (SIRA naturals in Somerville are 10/10)

I was refused entry after handing them my ID. They took it and walked away for almost 10 minutes before they refused me service, claiming that they can't verify my ID as real. I have been to dozens of pot shops and have never once had this issue. I will not be doing any business here. I'd also like to add that if they suspect an ID is fake they are obligated to confiscate the ID and report it to authorities, which they didn't do and I will be reporting said violation to local authorities.

Mike "manager" always helps me out and does everything in his power to make things right. My driver's license expired, but I brought in the LEGAL DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY THE STATE, and was rejected. The outside of this dispensary looks like a creepy warehouse with big security cameras and a smallish parking lot. But once I was inside I was greeted by friendly staff and a clean open environment. The quality of the product was good but the way it was stored in plastic bags and organized in plastic bins behind the counter was unsightly.The prices were a bit high but I went in during a sale and got a new patient discount, so it wasn’t too bad.It was a bit of a drive for me to get to, but near a convenient shopping center, so I could see myself stopping by again in the future if I happen to be in the area.

I went in to this store and I ordered online and the price was suppose to be around 40.00 bucks I got 4 1 gram bags for $ 3.67 and another kind 4 1 gram bags $3.67 so for 8 grams of flower and I got 8 hash that was on-sale for 2for $10.00 in Danvers but in Woburn it said they were 10 cents each. Then when I walked out with all the discounts everything I got which was 8 single grams and 8 grams of hash was a total of $17.00 I think that is the least I have ever spent in the stores this was the biggest discount I ever got and They definitely have really good deals and it almost the only thing u can get at a lower price these days with everything going up they still want patients to be able to afford the medicine they need with all the daily and monthly promotions and points and scratch cards that take Xtra money off also Danvers if the Best store ever but Woburn store I felt like I did something wrong getting a huge bag all for $17.00 dollars

It was all in one gram packaging. Placed same order today. Gardner called me saying sold out website not updating. Placed order for Woburn and called to confirm. When I arrived was told 14 grams is $175. Deal is only on 3.5 packaging. Does not say that anywhere on your website. Not sure how rules change from store to store because website is the same deal is the same. Now I had to pay $175 for something that was $100 a week ago. Very disappointing.

The general manager of all their stores Katy thinks she knows everything and you know nothing! I’ve gotten BROWN Un Smokable flower and refused to exchange or refund!! Recently decided to go back for edibles and they miscommunicated what I wanted and charged me $115 more then when I went back they wouldn’t refund me!!! These people don’t actually care about their product, that smile is for that money in this establishment! The only reason I went back is because I live 5 minutes away now I’ll make sure I take the extra 10 to go somewhere else. BEWARE: $18 pre-roll? 1 g? Sure doesn’t look like what I got… By far the highest prices around!! Cheap Chinese cones they use too that bloom the air flow which means no smoke to inhale.Incredible that they use the cheapest pre-rolls available. (See picture)My last two visits have been for pre-rolls and let me tell you they are weak.I also got approached by some entitled female manager who is trying to investigate why I was talking to my friend from Amazon who had happened to walk out of the store. Sanctuary Medicinal was great when I first started coming. I was very happy to find a place nearby. The variety of strains available of great quality and potency. Like blueberry rift, tangerine cookies etc. The staff is always friendly. (complaint is only regarding variety of strains offered)Over the past few months they haven't been introducing new strains at all. Pretty much providing the same Dolato strain and purple eclipse and some times you can tell the buds have not been stored or treated as well. I got purple eclipse and it was loaded with stems and it was dried out to practically dust when i grind it.I thought I would give them more time to offer different strains but so far they only started to introduce "mini bombs" which are just smaller and lower quality buds of the SAME strains.Lately Ive been disappointed, I hope they improve their variety to what it once was.I'm not sure what is going on at Sanctuary medicinal in terms of the quality and varieties offered, but the variety and quality has definitely decreased.

Second visit today, after not coming to this location for a few months. The parking security people are horrific. I watched them yell at a lady who was a nervous wreck because she couldn't fit into the space. I had a ton of anxiety with the environment these security people put out. I'm also dissapointed in your staffing at this location. I waited about 20 minutes behind the same customer to pick up my order. The lines were almost out the door by the time I left. Only one guy on medical side during a Friday at lunch hour? Won't be going back here unless I get notified the parking issues there are resolved. I prefer not to be yelled at before I spend my hard earned money at an establishment.

It’s often too busy here to be practical and the parking lot security presence leaves it all feeling less fun, less safe and more sketchy. This is really irritating as well , knowing how slow these people are it does no good to put an online order in as when you finally get to the counter your order is still hanging from the machine.

Good in a pinch but whenever there is any kind of line, it’s one of the many reasons I’m reminded why not to go to sanctuary. Never have I seen any sense of urgency from any of the people behind the counter even when the line is out the door. I really can’t begin to fathom why you’d want to not get people moving in and out a liiiiiiitle bit more efficiently. Secondly, the flower is simply miles behind any of the other dispos in the area. Every now and then they have a banger of a strain but it’s few and far in between.

If you want to come to a place to wait in an unnecessary line for an uncanny amount of time, and walk away with an over priced, dried out, sub par product you absolutely should stop in. Would give a better rating but not happy with the fact that I was unable to redeem my medical card renewal vouchers because I was ten days past the 30 days since my renewal. For vouchers that supposedly “don’t expire” or at least don’t expire until SIXTY days after renewal, I thought this 30-day activation rule was pretty sneaky and simply unfair. Every dispensary has different rules regarding medical vouchers, it’s impossible to keep them straight especially when you typically only have “60 days” at each dispensary to use your vouchers…nevermind 30 to activate them! Products are quite expensive and a large reason I renew my card yearly is for these beginning 60-day vouchers because they make my weed significantly more affordable for me, for a short time. Add Sanctuary to the list of medical dispensaries trying to take that away from us.It’s one of the only medical dispensaries close to my home as well; quite disappointed.

I like this place for the most part, medical has some great deals. the actual quality of some of their stuff is sometimes lacking tho. recently accidentally bought shake of the turbinado strain (meant to by 7 grams of actual buds) and mannnn i wish i could bring it back. it’s way too leafy and sort of stemmy. the other thing i want to mention is that you guys need more normal parking. those parallel spots don’t cut it, especially when it gets busy.

Medical user here. I'm a big fan of this place. The prices are decent, they usually have some good deals. Staff is friendly. Especially the dude with the beard and long hair. (Don't know his name but he kinda looks like Jesus). My only complaint is that the medical side and recreational side have different products. I went there the other day looking for the thc sodas and couldn't buy them on the medical side. After buying medical I had to then wait again in recreational to purchase the sodas and on top of that I had to pay taxes on the soda. Really my only gripe.

I wish the sale prices were reflected better online than they do, sometime the sale price will work and sometimes they don’t. I recently purchased gummies on sale for 2 for $30 and even double checked with tender then got home and was charged $25 each! Called and they said I needed to come back same day or they wouldn’t fix it. Not fun because I was 45 minutes away. I had to wait 25 minutes for 3 people because the medicinal line only has one employee on, while the Rec always has atleast two. Sad to see they prioritize money over assisting people, however this isn’t unusual in massachusetts. Overall would go back again, cartridges and bud are fantastic.Edit: 5 stars now. 50 dollar half oz beats the 2 hour drive up to maine. I went to Woburn to check out the store and buy some concentrates, it was beautiful inside on rec opening day. I bought an awesome glass piece that caught my eye & in less than 1 month it broke apart at the 14mm fitting.I clean my banger at 125 degrees using q-tips and alcohol. While doing so, my 14mm female on piece it just MELTED feeling like putty just came apart! I use an old school 110v High Five coil eNail…. NO Torch EVER!I was lightly cleaning the banger as I always have at this temp, with a Q-Tip and just spinning the q-tip with my fingers around the banger to clean it. In over 5 years of vaping, I have NEVER come across this.It’s my hope, when I come back in beginning of July to visit family, management will (Please) help me out with a refund/exchange or credit. This piece was BARELY used for less than 30 days and should NOT have melted/crack falling apart at the 14mm fitting, again, while I was lightly cleaning the banger with a Q-tip. I have broken glass pieces of course that were my fault, this isn’t that type of situation.The connections from the base to the top where the 14mm connector gets thinner and weaker as you get closer to the top. After it broke and examining it closer, I can see that it was a weaker part of the glass. No one should be selling pieces that break so easily in less than 30 days ☹.To be continued…….

I had recently gotten my medcard and quite frankly due to my treatment, I can get quite confused from time to time. I was meant to pick up an online order. Instead of help from anyone, I was given attitude by the security and then attitude from the budtender as he was confused as to why I was in the medical line. When explaining it was my first time ordering at this location, their eyes rolled. Completely different to my first time heading in. I got my card to help with my anxiety, not go somewhere that is meant to relieve it, be met with even more anxiety. Luckily due to having the wrong payment method I did not end up wasting my money here. Probably will not be returning. Staff does not make first time users feel at ease, I certainly was not. I was refused entry after handing them my ID. They took it and walked away for almost 10 minutes before they refused me service, claiming that they can't verify my ID as real. I have been to dozens of pot shops and have never once had this issue. I will not be doing any business here. I'd also like to add that if they suspect an ID is fake they are obligated to confiscate the ID and report it to authorities, which they didn't do and I will be reporting said violation to local authorities.

The outside of this dispensary looks like a creepy warehouse with big security cameras and a smallish parking lot. But once I was inside I was greeted by friendly staff and a clean open environment. It was all in one gram packaging. Placed same order today. Gardner called me saying sold out website not updating. Placed order for Woburn and called to confirm. Another sanctuary dispensary told us this dispensary was recreational. Arrived at this one and found out this was a medical card only dispensary! Hate getting wrong information for different locations by same company. Waste of gas and time. But Garden Remedies is open till 10pm 7 days a week and offer recreational products.

BEWARE: $18 pre-roll? 1 g? Sure doesn’t look like what I got… By far the highest prices around!! Cheap Chinese cones they use too that bloom the air flow which means no smoke to inhale.Incredible that they use the cheapest pre-rolls available. It didn’t hit at all nor did I feel the potency that was listed on the label. (See picture)My last two visits have been for pre-rolls and let me tell you they are weak.I also got approached by some entitled female manager who is trying to investigate why I was talking to my friend from Amazon who had happened to walk out of the store. I understand what it might’ve looked like. I just walked out of the store with a single pre-roll for myself only. I had him pull up passed the exit so that I could give him recreational dispensary directions.Place has gone downhill since they opened to be hoed at. They took so long to roll out any sort of loyalty program. By then I stopped spending thousands there and have since found way better quality, service and deals.FYI 0.5G pre rolls are $7-8 and 1.0G $12-15 elsewhere.

Sanctuary Medicinal was great when I first started coming. I was very happy to find a place nearby. The variety of strains available of great quality and potency. Like blueberry rift, tangerine cookies etc. The staff is always friendly. (complaint is only regarding variety of strains offered)Over the past few months they haven't been introducing new strains at all. Pretty much providing the same Dolato strain and purple eclipse and some times you can tell the buds have not been stored or treated as well. I got purple eclipse and it was loaded with stems and it was dried out to practically dust when i grind it.I thought I would give them more time to offer different strains but so far they only started to introduce "mini bombs" which are just smaller and lower quality buds of the SAME strains.Lately Ive been disappointed, I hope they improve their variety to what it once was.I'm not sure what is going on at Sanctuary medicinal in terms of the quality and varieties offered, but the variety and quality has definitely decreased.

I tried the espresso chocolate and alien cheese mini bombs. The espresso bar was amazing! The chocolate hid the flavour of weed completely. I was genuinely surprised! And it had a nice kick to get things going! The mini bombs though, those were a really good smoke but I don’t see why the up charge for tiny popcorn buds

I’ve experienced great customer service on each visit, as well as a good amount of new things to try each time I stop in!
