I buy regularly from this dispensary. I bought a couple of carts. I am a slow smoker so it takes about a month to finish one. A month passes and by the time I got to the second cart it stopped working a few days after opening. I called and an employee and he told me to come up to the store and do a test. When I arrived they did a "test" and it failed. When I asked for a solution they said it was past the 14 day window...than the employee told me to Google how to maybe fix the cart myself.Never coming back here. This was my go to spot by my house and now I'll drive out of my way to a BETTER dispensary.

I am a very active customer that comes 1-2 times a week. MULTIPLE TIMES I have come in with a product I found on their website and they don’t have it. The recent example is I went in for for a half ounce of Durban poison they have listed online for $130. I get in and they say that’s not there but they can give me 4 eighths of the same thing. I said okay which actually totaled to $140. Only problem is he ran out of Durban poison. I asked my Budtender to build me a new half ounce. He came back with a price of over $165. HOW RIDICULOUS. I worked in the best dispensary in Hollywood LA for 2.5 years and this was just a complete insult and slap in the face. This is NOT how you sell weed. Update your website and educate your Budtenders so they can provide customers with what they’re asking for.

I have been a loyal weekly customer of star buds since the day I got my MMJC. I have referred a lot of people as well and all of them were happy with their visit. The facility is ALWAYS very clean and all of the employees are kind, they all greet you with a smile and strive to go above and beyond for every customer!! I have nothing negative or bad to say about Star Buds!!

After shopping here regularly for a few months I thought I'd give an honest review of Star Buds.This business has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. From check in to check out, every staff member has always been very welcoming and friendly. I usually like to place pre-orders or at least know what I want before I walk in, but the handful of times I've come in on a whim and asked for a specific product, staff are quick to meet my requests and inform me of each prospected products potency, flavor and effects with enthusiasm. This location has a dream team of staff that other dispensaries could take notes from.The wait times are almost non existent every time I come in, morning and afternoon, which is a big plus considering I've sat in the lobby at other locations for up to an hour before being able to shop. Even with a full line of people, the longest I've waited was about 10 minutes. On average, I can walk in, check in and check out in under 10 minutes. Compared to other locations I've been to, it sometimes took me 10 minutes just to get checked in. That's efficiency to the highest degree!My experience shopping here has been nothing short of pleasant, every single visit. The deals are great and products are fairly priced. I'm very much a loyalist when it comes to where I shop, and tend to stick to the same places. I was shopping at another location for nearly a year before some awful customer service turned me away. I decided to try out this location and I haven't shopped anywhere else since.Star Buds has excellent customer service, great variety and pricing of products, and very quick turnaround for its customers. I have no complaints when it comes to this dispensary. I love shopping here and will always bring my business to this location!

My friends and I used to frequent here often until everything went recreational and this location just became way too busy. The deals were decent but every time we came we’d wait in line with minimal medical prioritization.I decided to visit this location two weeks ago because of a deal they had. Since I had been here last summer it appeared nothing had changed. I waited outside in line for about 20 minutes, inside in line for another 8. I heard people with medical cards called once or twice, but by the time I had reached the door the medical prioritization made no difference. I got what I wanted, the staff was kind, but was it worth wasting a half hour just waiting in line? Probably not.Fast forward to yesterday, the products I had purchased had an issue. I had opened the brand new disposable and the top had popped off with oil oozing out. I did decide to go back to see if there was anything they could do. Although, again I waited in line for about 10 minutes like a recreational client and had to wait once I got inside of the room for a manager to take care of the issue. Brandon was efficient and able to reach a solution that I was more than happy with.I want to emphasize the reason I am giving 3 stars is solely because of the inability to actually prioritize medical patients. I’ve never walked in and expected to be taken first, but never should I have had to wait that long in the recreational line and not be pulled out once. The bud tenders are very kind and helpful but whatever system they are using to prioritize medical patients needs some serious reconsideration.

The quality of customer service you receive is unmatched by all of the experts there. But one stands out and that STAR is TAMMY! She made it easy to choose products. Found Starbuds on Weed Maps and tried it once and fell in love. The overall environment is very pleasant, the staff is very helpful and outstanding in their service and attention to detail. They are very helpful with suggestions on the different products that are in stock. The prices are outstanding compared to other places I have been and the points system is a great idea. Great location, staff and product selection. I first visited on 1/17/2020 and worked with Alex B. She was super cool and chill, really knowledgeable, and helped select the best products for my needs. She even got me signed up with their rewards program, which is dope. Only thing that sucked was that they're cash-only. It didn't stop me from making a purchase though. Payment methods aside, still a 5-star experience.
