We were traveling through Kittery and stopped at Green Thumb…so glad we did! We’re new to this area and the staff were so sweet. Super helpful with the menu and gave us awesome local tips for food and stuff to do. Definitely worth a visit 🙂

Stopped into green thumb to grab some goodies and when I left I noticed something was missing. I gave them a call and the owner was very understanding. Swung in after work and she made it right. Thank you green thumb for your amazing customer service. Will continue to come visit you guys 🙂

The wife found this shop online during our visit to the Portsmouth area and was initially turned away by a gentleman stating that a medical cannabis card was needed to shop there. When she got back in the car a different person came out quickly and asked where we were from and we told her southern Massachusetts and she said that she would help us. We bought 4 vapor cartridges and some actual herb to smoke to take home.Three days later 2 of the 4 cartridges are unusable and will not toke. My wife tried calling to see if anything could be done and was informed by the person on the phone that neither of us had an account so there was no proof of purchase and nothing could be done. I would not recommend spending your money at this obviously shady establishment We feel ripped off

I ordered online and got some great deals. Before driving 2 hours I even called to make sure they would honor them and the bud tender who answered said she would. Then after i got there she said she could not honor some of them so instead of saving alot it cost me more money then my order was online.If you are not going to honor your online website then you should change it. My most recent transaction was better. To start they had good prices. I was able to buy 2oz of flower for $200 total. The previous bud tenders who I dealt with last time nowhere to be seen. Instead I dealt with new people. This time with the weed wheel spun t-shirt. The manager happened to be there and allowed me to substitute it for a zippo.While This doesn't make up for the fact that I spun, "free gift" last time was only offered CBD gummies after clearly asking if they had any prizes with THC in them. They replied saying I should email their yahoo account. I did that and never received a reply BUT since I went back there and had a better experience I'll give them another star.I tried to reply to the yahoo email given but never received a response..To be 100% clear, I still will be hesitant to go here. They didn't make up for what happened. As I said, the email I sent them was completely ignored! They don't want to resolve the issue but just make it look they do here.Regards.

I love this dispensary!! It's by far the best dispensary from the furthest part of Massachusetts to Kittery. The selection and quality is unparalleled, every inch of the store is great product. Their flower is fresh, not dry and they have a big selection. The prices are the best I've seen and well worth the drive. 500mg edibles in Maine are the same price as 100mg in Massachusetts. Where licensing is so expensive, you may as well save on product.

First time visit! This is a long over due post. I visited this site about a month ago and had the pleasure with interacting with Jacob. He is super friendly and helpful with any questions. The free merchandise was an absolute surprise. It was a bag filled with T shirts, stickers, air fresheners, hat and a few other goodies. It’s cash only, but conveniently located next to a smoke shop which has an atm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great customer service and experience.
