"I rated this product four stars because I believe they have a great selection of products that are of high quality. However, I believe that the prices are too high, and that is why I cannot give a five-star rating. Although the dispensary is the only legal place around my area, I paid over $300 for a card that I truly need for the pain I suffer from. I would have given them a three-star rating if they weren't the only dispensary around. I feel that the prices are too expensive for a single cart, and it's quite unfortunate that I have only been able to purchase something a handful of times. Despite this, I appreciate the quality of their products, and I hope that they can find a way to make their products more affordable for everyone."

Prices are competitive, albeit high, but the staff is exceptional, informative, and patient. Check your purchase before paying, though. If you buy anything defective, you must return it and wait days for approval to replace it.

Friendly staff who aren't judgemental about why you've ended up needing to turn to this avenue of treatment. Very kind people and prices are what you'd expect for a state who has limited the supply to one manufacturer label, where not all types of products are allowed, and where it's still not recreationally available... If you'd be a heavy user of the products, it would be unmanageable. Thankfully, I hope not to rely solely on THC/CBD for my chronic conditions.

Compared to dispensaries in other states, this shopping experience is a sad affair.And let me be clear, it's not Iowa Cannabis Company's fault at all. They're doing the best they can with what the current laws allow.You'll walk into a waiting area, and you'll get checked in when you provide your ID and your mmj card. You'll then go into a locked, windowless back room, where they have a few McDonald's-menu-style LCD displays on the wall, displaying the products. The same five products you can buy at any of the three dispensaries in the state. You won't actually be able to see the products until they're purchased, at which point your salesperson will go get them from a locked cage in yet ANOTHER locked, windowless back room.So the actual sales experience is lackluster, but the folks that work there are very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and the products they sell are high quality. For now, with Iowa mmj laws as draconian as they are, Iowa Cannabis Company is doing the best job they can. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, even forgetting for a minute that they're the only choice we have in eastern Iowa.
