Complete fraud! I went in and this lady suggested to help me with some selection and ended up telling me to get NEZ only to see later that this was THCa and she knew I was specifically in there to get some strong gas and want to get high just like any other rec user! Completely misleading and absolutely disgraceful. Why would you recommend anyone to THCa when everyone only cares about THC.If we didn’t we would specify we are looking for CBD or bologna bud! “Can’t touch or look at the packaging until purchased” I see why you play that game! I have never been hustled or had some situation like this but ya are some dirty people. I was wondering why I wasn’t getting high. You sold me some bunk and that’s some dirty business ya are running. I have traveled to LA, Bay Area, Vegas, NY, Ohio and Colorado etc…..and Chicago is the only place in ALL my life, I got violated at Revolution Dispensary!Anyone reading this take the drive to Cookies in downtown Chicago. The guy there said he is surprised by that tactic and how messed up that is! At $75 a 8th with taxes ya aren’t going to last long with this business practice!

This used to be my go to place for the past 5yrs. As a medical patient I loved the one on one discussion on products and effect.I recently purchased 2 1grm syringes of sweet pea rso oil. When I went to take a dose the entire gram came out because it was all liquid. I emailed them on 10/3/25. I waited for 10 days for a reply and the only reason I got one is because I called . I spoke to Michael and he said, "were not responsible for the quality of the oil". No Michael your not, but you should stand behind the products you sell.I decided to call the General manager Dan C. Kelly thought she put me on hold (she didnt) i heard every derogatory statements made about me. Ferick came to the phone, I said Ferick I heard every derogatory statement about me that was made while you thought I was on hold. He simply said your not gonna get any money back nor a product replacement and was told not to shop there anymore.I don't know how he thought this hurt me. Im not the one who's gonna loose money.**note**there is a class action law suit for deceptive practices regarding the sale of vapes**

Warning!!!Bought .5 cart Redemption Botanicals took two puffs and moved on with my evening came back and It didnt event had .3 in there. The entire cart looked full at first because it was laying flat once everything leveled off it look mostly empty. Definitely wont be buying it again. Bought same cart at EarthMed Rosemont and had no issues and cart was full…..
Didnt think it to be appropriate to take pic especially inside with signage reading to not use phones.The place was super clean and smelled delicious. There wasn't any long lines or extensive new customer process either. I was in and out. I would recommend this place for a 2nd and 3rd visit.

I recently realized I’ve been consistently overcharged at this store. Although I qualify for a 20% medical discount, I was repeatedly told by various staff that only the standard 10% Wednesday discount could be applied. This is false. Clara, and another male staff, were the only ones who ever applied the correct discount — the rest either misinformed me intentionally or lacked proper training. As a Black patron, this is especially disappointing. We all know how Black people have historically been mistreated in retail spaces, and in this industry. I truly believed this store stood for equity and fairness. That trust has been shaken. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all staff understand and honor the store’s policies. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for fair treatment, especially loyal ones.

I don’t recommend anybody going to this place for discount prices since the manager of this afternoon(Sunday July 5)couldn’t honor discount that was giving to me when I placed an order online.I arrive to the location and he told me he was gonna have to change the price of my order since it was too good of a deal for me to take home.He said it was their system error but couldn’t do anything about it to make it with right with me as a customer.Couldn’t even offer any discount as an apology for their error and apologies weren’t sincere at all.I don’t find that really welcoming at all.And would never imagine you guys will allow your employees to act unfriendly and unfair with your customers.

The door person was a little funky. Had my ID and Med card, but they couldn’t make out the number. I don’t understand what the point of having your Med card on the system data base is for and showing proper ID is when they can’t verify your Med card number with the data base.

This is quite a drive for me, so I come about once a month. As medical patient, I appreciate the quality of Rev and the great specials they run, that said, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful but not friendly. Could be because I arrive first thing in the morning and they haven’t had their coffee yet? Don’t misunderstand, no one is rude, ever; just super serious. Waaa. I work in the industry & personally I enjoy the banter with my customers. I don’t think they do here. All business. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose. 😊

This is my local shop, I'm grateful because I usually get good deals here (for the Illinois market). As a medical patient my experience is positive, only once this year the store was too packed, the weekend Dead Co was at Wrigley, I remember... and still my wait is never over 7 minutes on their busy days. Only once had an issue with an Ozone vape and they refunded me with no issues after submitting vid, in comparison with Sunny Side whose is a bit dismissive of customers complaints. The staff here is always making sure I get the deals and their suggestions are always good, specially with RSO, Spectra an all those cbn/cbd/thca etc products. Since it was acquired by the current owners, (Revolution/Enlightened)The selection of products & strains has been incredible and prices have remained reasonable. This may be the best dispensary experience I've had so far! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! 30% discount for new med patients and an ongoing 20% off RSO wich is what I take. The manager Dan was super personable and his staff was on their A game! The wait was minimal, they made me feel heard and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will be back! Totally worth the 35min drive.

    The staff rushed me and was being extremely rude. The manage was the worst. I cannot believe these these of people work in a dispensary of all places. I'm sure there are others who have way better customer service who will happily take that job.. I wont be shopping here anymore and I spend over 300 a week

    This may be the best dispensary experience I've had so far! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! 30% discount for new med patients and an ongoing 20% off RSO wich is what I take. The manager Dan was super personable and his staff was on their A game! The wait was minimal, they made me feel heard and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will be back! Totally worth the 35min drive.

His enthusiasm, passion to fulfill your required needs, vast knowledge of product, and friendly candor compelled me to spend a bit more than I intended.

    Always enjoy going for my medical at this Mount Prospect location. Whether you pre-order on-line or place your order on one of the computers in the store, it's so easy. I have never been to the medical side when it's crazy busy so I'm always in and out real quick. Staff are amazing. So friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
