I was excited to patron this location-even more so when I was offered a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion on certain items by someone working the floor.Yet when I went to check out, the employee working the register didn’t ring my order in correctly with the promotion, so I had to pay full price for all 3 items that I otherwise probably wouldn’t have purchased. She said that she was unable to refund me or redo the order, which was pretty weird?I wasn’t offered a clear explanation or any apology, which was a bummer.

These 5 star reviews are not genuine. The employees pressure you into leaving a good review. Just drive an hour and a half to new Buffalo Michigan and you can get literally everything that this store sells for a fifth of the price. No exaggeration

The front desk staff were very polite and made my initial entry very welcoming. I was greeted by Esteban and he was immediately helpful. Esteban set up an account for me. I have to say Esteban was amazing with his assistance and product knowledge. He made my experience easy and I now know what my edible preferences are. Rachel was as helpful and informative at the POS. Rachel confirmed that I was making the correct purchases for my wants in edibles. The entire staff are very friendly , helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I will be recommending Green Rose to everyone I know.

I went there for my first time. They were friendly its just the fact I wa going to buy $208.00 but I couldn't because they said I had to much concentration . So I was fine with that . But I know I didn't pay attention to my receipt instead of the person taking the 3 items off it would made the price goes down . Instead the person just took off the taxes.which left me to pay for everything without the taxes . If you want business be honest with the people I wasn't bad I even left a tip. Do better by the people. Please check your receipt for the people going.
