It's profit over quality, experience and training. The drive to Springfield is worth it if you have medical. Would give zero stars if I could. Rather scrape my bowl than buy from here again.

Everytime I go to Kush 21, the staff is there to greet me with a friendly welcome. When I have questions they are eager to answer my questions and assist me in any way possible. I love coming here because I enjoy the products and their knowledge of the products as well. I never go home disappointed.

I was there last week lost my phone I drove home looked in car and around my house for 2 days then called kush 21 up they asked me to describe back of phone and I did and I live 30 minutes away been there 4 times now and absolutely loved everything I got the vapor the blue dream bud and 2 packs of pre rolls yum-yum thank you to u all

Today was my first visit and the service was fantastic; especially Noah and Jayden. The product however was dried out garbage! Complete waste of money. When I got home and opened the flower, it was so dry that it crumbled into dust and had a horrible taste. I hate to throw away more than $100 worth of product, but the stuff is disgusting. If you're going to buy something, try a smaller quantity first to see what it's like.

What a great place! I moved here from Indiana, and so this was my first experience at a dispensary. The staff were super nice, knowledgeable, and put me at my ease. The shop was clean and well lit. I wasn't sure what to order, so I took their advice and got something really good. Got a little sticker shock, but that was from the taxes. Deb W. helped me this last time, and she was great. I'll definitely be going back!

Well I put my order in at 845. drove to the store arriving at 850 to be turned away in parking lot. I ordered online I got a text saying was ready.I wasted time and gas to drive there to not even get what I ordered. The guy said they closed at 845 but the hours ont the website said open till 9. Probably won't be wasting my time coming back.

Kush21 has a huge selection of everything you're looking for, albeit in person.5 stars for the extremely friendly staff, nice clean location, and great selection, but trying to navigate their website and not finding products that they said they have in store can be a pain. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and reasons for taking a way a star isn't really anything specific employees can do anything about such as descriptions often being very wrong and I'd love to have that job as I have tried so much to know a lot about. Also some contradicting things on websites.... never seeming to find certain things on website such as tincture and no employee has been able to find either. Quality of product so far good 👍
