Great little spot! It’s kind of hidden, I didn’t know it was there and was previously driving to LITH to go to Rise (not a fan of ivy hall), but this is my new spot. Great deals, very friendly staff, great selection.

This is honestly the best place for customer service, knowledge about products, and a happy vibe. I can't say enough good things about this place. Spark'd Crystal Lake has the most outstanding team. Fantastic customer service at this location. Malik helped walk me through the process of creating an account with Spark’d, informed me of the different products for sale, demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of different cultivation processes, helped me save money while selling more inventory and provided a comfortable atmosphere, all while creating a relationship with the customer. A great experience everytime I go. Staff is friendly and helpful always (all dispensaries seem to be, however). My favorite aspect are the descriptions of the effects on the website of different strands. They seem like more diverse and specific descriptions than any other dispensary I've used.

From the minute I walked in I was promptly greeted and treated like family, Jay showed me around since I had never been, and gave me great suggestions on which was his personal favorite. The great service didn’t end there, it continued with Maria who was working behind the counter, she was very energetic and friendly, doubling down on the suggestions Jay made, 10/10 would Recommend and most definitely will be returning !

Stopped in the first time on Saturday during their big event. With the amount of people and all that was going on I was still helped by fun and friendly staff members. Jen was awesome out in the floor and Tim was great while checking out our order. Will definitely be back!

I went to Spark'd today and had such a pleasant experience! First of all the atmosphere is clean, spacious, and makes it super easy to navigate the whole process. I was met by J who was extremely inviting and upbeat explaining how to start an order and the amazing promos currently and for first time customers! Jen (with the purple hair!!!) and Ricardo were AMAZING! Such an awesome facility and everybody was so knowledgeable and nice. An all around positive experience and the vibes are off the charts ✌️ I even got to meet the vendor for a product I was picking up! This is my go-to spot for my gummies and flower.
