Krista was great today.Was there at the Wrigley location about 9:am. I had placed an order on line before I left home. So instead of waiting for a "runner" Krista went back and found the order and brought it to me.I'm 72 yrs old, so some of this phone stuff escapes me. Also recently I got my medical card, so wondering if I did everything right on my cell phone.Krista, was great.5 Stars this time and Everytime for Krista.

Thanks Sunnyside and Ariel V. The vibe walking into the store was clean and very pleasant and dealing with the staff was even better. Everybody seemed to know great knowledge on the subject and was very happy with everybody. I do highly suggest this place to anybody traveling in. Coming from Colorado. This place had great vibes.

The rewards program and the way you get treated , I’ve been going for two years,, when I asked about my rewards I got told I need to download a third party app? So it’s a extra 15-30 min each time I go to make sure I get my points, and they tell you yes you are awarded your points to your account, where are they? How much? Dealing with the clerk, and the manager was like dealing with the Chicago police take it or leave it mother——- I do not go to the store to get upset but they Seem to derive some kind of pleasure out of telling people NO , or just tell you that you received the points when you didn’t.drop the attitude

I needed some additional assistance and Bjorn helped explain my situation to the manager, Ash, who was very understanding and helpful. I can tell this dispensary is under new management. Alot more attentiveness to customers and apparently they fired the loser that keeps leaving bad reviews lol. Thank God because he was terrible! For real though, the budtenders have been outstanding in my recent visits. I almost stopped going there because the service was terrible and the budtenders had chips on their shoulders. But my last two visits have been 5 star. I had an issue with a vape cart and the manager took care of it right away. Keep up the good work and ignore the loser that's trying to slander your business because he got the boot lol.
