Erick was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was able to help me find everything I needed. He was extremely easy-going and easy to talk to. He made sure I left a happy customer.The other employees were also kind. The front desk lady was very welcoming as she read my ID before letting me in. She wished me a happy birthday and complemented my nails.

Great experience today. Daniel was quick and efficient. Our small talk was funny but brief. In the end I got everything I wanted:easy parking close by, waiting line was nothing(1 ahead of me) & I was in and out in under five minutes…Awesome!
Been coming here since I moved to Chicago in 2020 and have never had a bad experience. Even when the store is packed the staff is kind, patient and friendly. Great products, very good sales, would definitely recommend them if you're near one of their locations.
Great! The people helped me a lot with everything. The manager was great. The person at the entrance was awesome! Even the person at the register was fantastic. They helped me with my points being erased, my medical card update, and my questions on the product.
Make sure to use your 40% off offer for new customers the first time you come in. An employee advised me to save my promo and guaranteed it would still be there on my next visit. I came in for my 2nd visit today and another employee told me it’s only good on your first order. I knew this was gonna happen and I shouldn’t have listened to the first employee. Just make sure you confirm things with multiple employees if you think that person doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
Went here today for the first time. Was looking for a specific product and this place was the only ones that carried it and was close to home. The security guard at the entrance was really nice and welcoming. Walking into the shop, we were greeted by a super friendly guy (black beard and 'stach). The place is nicely decorated, didn't smell of weed like some of the other shops, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles. I was pleasantly surprised by the place and will definitely be back!
Best Dispensary to go. It is fast and the best friendly staff. Eddy is been helping me since 2 years ago and his experience on every product is really good. I had been going to multiple dispensaries in Chicago and all I can say is that this is the best to go.

Great place to shop, easy in and out. Mitch is always amazing and always suggesting some new stuff. Always got the best deals in town from $8 prerolls to wheel Wednesday. And their point system is actually worth it. Definitely one of the best go to spots around!
It was my first time coming to Cannabist and the staff was very friendly. I was mostly talking to Sonia she was great. I love this place. The employees are the reason why I still come to this place. Micky has been my go to when Chris hasn't been around. Cannabist dispensary is well-organized and efficient in delivering for their clients. I speak specifically of the speed and efficacy of processing their online medical orders. If you order online, not every strain or brand is reviewed. That’s where the helpful staff come into the experience.I’m greeted warmly, and the staff is knowledgeable about the products. Questions are answered thoughtfully, and I never felt rushed or felt stupid in the interaction. Staff often share their experiences with a strain, which can help to make decisions when choosing an under-reviewed strain. I’ve had good luck with expanding my medical choices through these 1:1 conversations.In particular, I’ve had great experiences working with Sophia, Michael, and Cesar at the Jefferson Park location.I will add that, during busy times, conversations echo in the beautiful open space. This is a challenge to hear what is being said or asked of you. The service area plastic barriers or masks can complicate things, too, if you read lips as I typically do. The staff have been very helpful and considerate when I’ve had to put my ear closer to them, but I recommend avoiding busy times if you struggle to hear conversations in hustling public places.
I've been coming here for a while now, and honestly love it every time. All the staff are great and it's always smooth enough that I'm in and out on time to catch my bus swinging around back home. The last couple of times I've had Edwin and Sophia, and both were great. Still, I can't stress enough that every staff member here is great and I've always felt comfortable and happy with my experience.
