We normally love this place - it’s clean, the staff are kind, and they have great deals - but my boyfriend and I visited over Labor Day Weekend in September and he was over charged $80+ on his order. We have been calling frequently to follow up and to get this issue resolved and the money refunded to no avail. We desperately want to come back and visit, but are unsure if it’s worth it for us to make the drive knowing we still are waiting for this money back. It’s truly frustrating that it has been 2.5 months when we were promised a refund within 2 weeks.

Buyers beware! My second time going to this dispensary they gave me the wrong product. I open my brown bag up at home and the big label says grape GMO and the small label said what I ordered which was Gravy MAC. My Mom ordered the same thing and our flower looked entirely different, mine was very dark hers was bright green. I took a picture of the bag and emailed thrive on the 19th and they never responded. I go in today to make another purchase and I opened the brown bag to look at the labels and they told me I couldn't do that. Meanwhile I was waiting to see what they'd do about the last order that was wrong. They said the watched the footage from that day and there inventory wasn't wrong so they would do nothing about it. The 7gs of grape GMO was significantly lower in THC it was 0.28 what I paid for was over 21.0 They could've given me store credit or something, but no. So basically if they mess up, even if you have photo evidence, they won't do anything about it. I even asked if they could hold up the bags so I could see if the labels matched before I purchased them and that was a no go too. I won't buy from somewhere that can mess up my order and do nothing about it or provide anyway for the buyer to check the merchandise before purchase. That's theft, in a sneaky form.

Great place to get your supplies and what you need to feel good. Highly recommend the Betty's Eddie's cherry chews as well as the watermelon. The nature's Grace flower is a very good product as well. All in all I highly recommend coming here.

They did not honor my 30% discount. For the first purchase, everything in my cart was 30% off online. I get there and I was told you can’t double stack discounts. So the girl stated she put notes on my account and for the next purchase I would get 30% off. And I spent 300.00. Just throwing that in. A week later, today, I go to make another purchase and there are no notes. I spent over 300.00 again and the discount they offered was only 26.00 off the total. The lady who helped me was super nice but in the end, I was over charged. Going elsewhere.

Products are not like other dispensaries. I’ve had issues with cartridges being burnt. They did replace one for me, but I swear I can hit the carts all day and feel very little. I find myself running out faster when I make purchases here.

My taxes were 83.89 on 378.00, if I’d known that walking in the door, i wouldn’t have bought from there, when you pay 35.00 for an eighth, 30.00 for a pack of gummies and 25 for a disposable cartridge plus all the taxes, it’s not worth the trip. Go to Michigan if you can. They don’t try to rebuild their state with your tax money 🤦♀️

New location in Casey. They are out of the trailer and in a new building. Nice clean spacious parking lot. Easy to find right off I-70. Selection is great. Fast friendly service. You can order ahead online. Although it’s just as quick in the store.

This was my second time going to Casey and I was just as satisfied as I was my first time.. The staff is unbelievably nice, from the Security Guard, to the women at check out.. I saved time and money by going to Casey, and I will return! I appreciate a pleasant experience..

I don't like the company Rise but these prices help me set aside my hate because the price hike here is ludicrous. Ive worked in the cannabis industry for years doing inventory and transportation for different companies.I know how much and which cultivators sell their products for to the dispensaries. This company grossly over prices the products they sale because they think people in this area have no other choice and their main targets are the people drive between states. At this point get your medical card, grow your own and find a medical dispensary or you're going to be at the of mercy crooked cannabis companies who value profit over people everytime.Loyalty systems are a joke, spend hundreds of dollars just to get a few bucks

I was excited about a Dispensary in my hometown… then I saw the Prices, they are way more expensive than other dispensaries in the area (Even with the loyalty program). Rise in Effingham and Charleston is still pricey. But no where near these outrageous prices. Also thrive closes at 6 on Sunday’s making it impossible to stop by there as I am not free until 6:30. Really hope Thrive can lower the prices to be competitive with dispensaries located in the neighboring counties. Until then I recommend anyone in the area taking the extra 20 min to stop by Rise.
