**CONSUMER/CUSTOMERS BE AWARE**So when this place first opened up, I sat down with an employee to sign up for the rewards accounts. Every time I came to the store for a purchase, the employee at the front desk told me that my account is active and I’m earning points. A few months ago I found out I have not received a single point and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I have been emailing management and corporate about these issues and they still refuse to give me the points that I earned. They said all they can do is give me about 300 points even when I should have thousands. I will never spend another dime here again. I have been a loyal customer from day one and they still refuse to make things right.
The negative reviews are not wrong. There is no point in using the website, ordering online is the exact same as having to use their tablets when you go in there. Business is setup like visiting someone in prison. On 11/01/25 at 2pm the girl at the front desk was nice but the guy was really rude, talking to me when I wasn’t even looking at him and laughing derisively when he had to repeat himself because I didn’t know you had to “check in” first before using the tablet. They don’t want you to even glance in the general direction of the menu on the tablets without checking in first. After waiting to show your id and literally having to kick the door open you have to wait in another line to show your id again to get your order. The people who work there don’t even know what they sell. They were surprised to learn they have cookies.
Shout out to Adrian who is the best, he's always happy to see you and to help you find what you need to get high! Love this shop, and love that they have people like Adrian in the place, everyone working there deserves a raise and a good tip on your purchase!
I’m not sure how a company that has been in business for half a decade now in this town still provide provides service that is worse than going to a Weed man, But thankfully, there are other dispensaries in town now.It’s always something with them- items being improperly listed so the price is different than what it is listed as online, to products being listed for recreational use that are only available to med patients without giving any compensation for baiting and switching the customer, from their goofy online ordering system that never worked that they finally got fixed to no, being unable to place any orders in store (it doesn’t matter if you place an online order that you wanna pick up within the last hour bc they cancel it anyways) tonight you can only get an order from an online order- but their ordering system is closed after a certain point at night. It’s fine if they put literally any effort in to letting the customer know by posting in their website, or even updating through the push notifications for their app that they send daily, or through their network of texts through their hello club.
I would suggest not coming to this location if you can help it. I am not sure what has happened but this store no longer staffs more than 4-5 people across the entire store. This includes the security, check in staff, and budtenders, so be prepared for a wait.DO NOT BOTHER putting in an online order because it doesn't matter. They have combined the online order line and instore shopping line into just one line. There is no difference between ordering online or walking in. Same line. Same wait.Also don't bother trying to link your card for their "points" or "cash back" as I've tried 3 different cards (yes different banks) and the system doesn't work. It won't link. You can earn points still but nothing else works.Staff is not fully knowledgeable of what products they have or where they are in store (as in behind the counter.) However, they are usually nice people and will make all attempts to find what you are looking for.I will admit beyond hello typically does have the cheaper prices in town.. but I've made a point to come only in emergencies, as I have found much better stores/experiences that I'm willing to travel farther for.
Always closed well before closing time. Never fails. Then they wanna pop out as you’re leaving and ask if everything’s ok. Lmao uh no you’re closing early and I bet the owner doesn’t know that. “Yeah we closed at 9”. Me: Yeah except it’s just now 8:58 and I been here.
Great service. everyone here is so nice - a product was incorrectly labeled in their ordering system but I didn’t realize until after I had already paid and gone to my car. I went back in and then I was comped for the correct one. thank you!!
I travel for work and visit a different place in each area. I enjoyed the good quality products. I rarely have time to go online ahead of time or pour over all the selections so I always look for a bud-tender to filter everything from what im looking for. When I arrived the attendant pointed to a kiosk. I asked if someone could help, she said I had to decide in the entrance then go in and pay for it. So only because I was there I made a much smaller purchase than if someone had been making suggestions. If I need $100 in pre-rolls I want somebody to tell me which have the highest thc and not have to go through page after page while Im standing there. Not everyone is a regular. You’re leaving money on the table without bud-tenders.
Nice place with great selection of edibles and flower. Every time I come here I'm greeted by great staff and have a good experience every time. Prices are about normal but their sales are definitely worth it. Interior is nice and clean and has a good welcoming feel to it. Will return again.
I like this place, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and at the right time you are in and out, no problems. The one thing I hate is when I see kids in the parking lot. I am talking 5 and 6 year old kids sitting in the car and waiting for their parents to come back. This is equivalent to driving your kids to the liqour store and has no place in a decent society.Not sure if this is something the actual store can do something about but I will probably stop going because I do not want to support this.

Has a great selection and awesome prices. Staff was friendly patient helpful and knowledgeable. They were very organized and everything looked clean. Front door staff was great. Basically the discounts I received covered what taxes would be. We all know that in itself is huge with how ridiculous taxes are! The product we received was well worth every penny spent and better quality than anything I've been able to get close to me!
Purchased a bunch of bent up Paul Bunyan pre-rolls. 7 minis crammed in a small container and even the singles were bent. Highly disappointed.Called number provided below and was given an email address to send pictures of receipt and product information to. Sent all information and never got a response. Would leave a zero star review if I could.
I knew what I wanted when I walked in and the woman at the check in counter told me I could use the kiosk to order ahead. Very easy and convenient. Ryan was very friendly and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I always have a good experience at the Bloomington Beyond Normal store.
INSTEAD OF HAVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST MAKING SURE I WAS SATISFIED THEY ARGUED WITH ME AND TALKED DOWN TO ME INSTEAD OF JUST REFUNDING ME! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Bought a disposable vape pen there. It was half full. Got the runaround but was told they would take care of it. Had to take pictures and email them. They didn't even respond. After calling 5 times and being assured the problem would fixed I eventually went in there. Then when I got there they said it wasn't a big deal best they could do was 5-10$ off the next order. Guess what, there will NEVER BE ANOTHER ORDER FROM THERE! OVERPRICED AND OVER TAXED RIPOFF WITH HALF-FULL CARTS!
I went in and I am not really super tech savvy so I asked for help finding what I was looking for and I selected a 1/8 that was $22 and an 1/8 that was around $33 or $34 bucks and the total came to $68 and I was nice enough to leave a tip. So I paid $90 and get back to where I was going which was a few hours away and all they gave me was an 1/8. I kinda think the guy that helped me helped himself also or maybe was given the wrong bag but I definitely wouldn’t go back there after that unless they was gonna fix there mistakes. I’m not saying that the place is bad but I definitely had a bad experience and it could have been an honest mistake but when it comes to that much money as hard as I have to work for it and I was nice enough to leave a tip and didn’t even get what I paid the $68 for I got half of what I ordered on the tablet. Guess it could have been because I was out of state and the guy helping me figured I would be long gone before I realized that I had been given the wrong order. I don’t know but I guarantee it that if they look back on the records they could see it but it would probably be a waste of time to even try to go back and get them to make it right.
I like this place and it's very convenient. You actually save money when you place online for pick-up. The taxes are a bit expensive though. But overall nice quality but I'd rather get it the old school way 😉
Great place to get your bud, just hope you have time to wait. Unfortunately, between staffing and customers, wait time for any shopping, including online orders, will keep you in lines for almost an hour if not longer. I’ve been shopping here for years simply because there are no other legal alternatives. Overall, the shop is nice and the workers are cool people. Just wish they could do something about people who want to get in and out with an online order.

Cayla assisted me with my order and 3 things stood out to me:-she greeted me-confirmed my order by showing me each product-she was efficient with the line she was working.I've been here several times and I do understand why we wait, but, we all have somewhere to be and she maintained a great flow and attitude. Right through the door I loved thus place. The security guard was respectful. The staff handled my order in a polite and timely manner. Any information I asked for was answered at the ready. Impressed. I enjoyed this experience. Great product too, didn't feel the need to point out the obvious. Enjoy!

I love this place. The nicest people, clean store, good vibe, good products, good sales. The only lingering issue is the lines. Online ordering is supposed to be a benefit, but the shoppers move twice as quickly. I was there one day when the lines of online and shoppers were messed up and ended up waiting 1.5 hours for an online order while shoppers walked in and out on minutes. I love this place so much, but I’ll probably discontinue ordering online. It won’t stop me from shopping here (unless it gets worse). It’s a great store. It’s just a line issue. This review is for store feedback purposes. I would still encourage others to shop here because it’s typically a really great experience. The gentlemen I interacted with today at the front desk and cashier were STELLAR.
This location used to be my favorite in the area but within the last month or so each visit has become more and more bleak and frustrating.The first thing I want to address about this location is the lack of any sort of organization. You can almost sense the chaos from down the street. They’ve got lines down the sidewalk of people waiting just to get inside. Even on days without major sales. The staff can never seem to find product with any sort of ease. Half the time it just seems like they’re just chatting with the back room staff through the drawers instead of looking for product.Second on my list of disappointments, online ordering. It’s my knowledge that online orders are typically placed to allow customers who have already decided on their purchases to be able to have a faster experience. At least that’s how it works at my place of employment. Two months prior to this review that’s exactly how it worked. I would place my online order, check in and wait in the online orders side of things and I was in and out, hassle free. The last three visits I’ve had, they’ve just fully done away with any sort of organization with customers. We’re all thrown into one big line and forced to wait behind other customers who don’t even know what they are there to purchase. I’m not trying to sound like a Karen here, but this seems rather inconvenient for all parties involved. Why even waste my time placing an online order when I’m still going to be thrown into a line with everyone else who doesn’t have an order in. I used to be able to spend 10 minutes max here and now it’s become more of a 45-60 minute affair. I could’ve driven somewhere else out of town and had a faster experience.Last thing and honestly the least of my concerns, but still feel is a valid concern. Why do some “budtenders” or whatever y’all describe the position of POS in the store talk down to customers like they are morons? Look I understand customers are irritating. I work retail myself, and yet with as much displeasure customers bring me, I never treat them poorly for asking a question. If I want to know how many points I have on my account, don’t tell me to look on the app. I’m fully aware I can check my balance on the app. It’s very clearly advertised through the store. But sometimes I forget to check. You have all my information on the screen. Just answer the question.But what do I know, I’m just a customer.
It took an hour to get through the line to get to my product. And then the selection wasn't that great. I travel all over the US, and in Illinois, this was the less efficient by far. Nice store though.
