Came down to IL for a wedding from WI.This was my first experience in a IL dispensary and this was def the right place for me to start.Clean store, had items set up for browsing, and the budtender I got was very sweet and patient with me.The products I received were all high quality and her recommendations for me after getting asking some questions were spot on.Even the bros at the front door were very friendly and had really pleasant interaction with them.I have family down there and next time I come down (we always come to IL) I will stop off there again.Also I love that the Belvidere store is right off the Hwy so it was a super easy stop to make and didn't add a lot of time to my trip home.Thanks for the hospitality and great products!

This is the second Aroma Hill location I've been to, I didn't see the kiosk to order when first coming in so that was a little confusing. The lady who helped me with my order at the counter was very friendly and kind.

I'm a medical card patient and this was my first time here. I should have looked closer at my reciept to see that I was being charged sales tax for recreational use. I drove all the way from Rockford so it's a little far to have to come back. Guys, please do better with medical patients in the future.

Literally my only complaint about this store is that it's so far from my house.Prices are fair, staff is incredibly friendly, and they have a fantastic selection.I love being able to window shop online and figure out what I want to try. However the staff is always willing to help me figure out what I want if I am on the fence about anything, and I tend to ask a lot of questions. None of em have gotten frustrated with me or anyone else I've seen.I guess my other complaint is that their cash only, but that's not their fault 😅

Amazing experience! The only dispo that I have hypothetically ever been to and the only dispo that I will ever return to in Minecraft! I cannot confirm nor deny that I have indulged in their magnificent product as I am afraid of Uncle Sam but if I did, I would highly recommend and shine cartridges or verano bud. Cresco also makes amazing bud and their prices are unbeatable!I would typically obtain the shake for the ease of use but if you're like me and prefer a more discreet smoke, they have amazing deals on their cartridge lineup - and they have much more, I would argue an uncountable variety when it comes to their products!I'm not typically one to tell people "hey bro you should go to XYZ" but you should go to Aroma Hill Dispensary in Belvidere.They even offer pipes, batteries, rolling papers, lighters, and more (oh, they have some pretty sick swag as well!!!)Not only all this, the cherry on top is you get some skilled individuals behind the counter when you walk in that door. The amount of times I have walked in without a clue what strain I wanted but knowing that I wanted to walk out with something, you can talk to the bud tenders and ask them questions and I typically go with their second recommendation.I can't believe I haven't learned your names yet but the taller white dude with a grey beard, The skinnier white guy, and the shorter black gentleman are amazing and I have yet to have a complaint about their service and I especially have yet to have a complaint about their recommendations!! They seem to know what they are doing and if I was the boss, I would give them a raise for sure!Anyways, it looks like I am babbling at this point, so before I turn this into a schizo post I will end this review here.Bear in mind, you unfortunately don't get to see the buds but that is just an unfortunate fact about today's society. They will show you the product if you request and typically they show you the product before you pay for it as well just to confirm and for that not only do I recommend them, sparrows fly better than pigs and I swear these guys are the sparrowest of all sparrows

Getting into the parking lot felt a bit annoying but fast, friendly, and cleanAround back of the building is a one way. In case you don't see it coming in and try to exit around back. You might be greeted by another vehicle.

Aroma is nice if you don't feel like driving to Rockford. The prices of their products are way more than the competitor I normally use. Sometimes they have great deals but when I have to spend over 200 for an ounce. the loyalty program is worth it tho if you do visit.

I was just here on Friday. I purchased a cartridge that didn’t seem to work at all. I called and was told to send an email and video. I did but I never heard back, so I went back in the next day and let them know. Their assistant manager didn’t ask for proof or any video. I said I would just like a cartridge worth the same as what I bought. He was polite and immediately went to back to retrieve me a new one. He even gave me an upgrade compared to what I had. Love aroma hill, and will continue to recommend them to anyone! Great experience, will keep my business here.

If you are a medical card holder DO NOT GO here! Was told they they WILL recognize medical cards but ony with 20% discount. (taxes around 35%) saw some decent prices on concentrates and thought I would stop by. They confirmed medical discount, BUT, if there is any discount applied at all, they will NOT honor the medical card. When it came time to pay they confirmed they would NOT utilize medical discount as I already received a discount.Also, when I asked the bud tender a question about the concentrates, I was told "I don't know anything about concentrates, only flower!!!"Ridiculous place. So many better places to go with better pricing and service.

Started driving extra to get here because I hate Sunnyside. It's well worth it. The selection is great especially for a newer dispo and the prices are even better. The weed is actually fresh and won't cost half your paycheck. Their online ordering is easy and I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes every time. THIS is how it should be

To be honest, I've been smoking way before weed was legalized. I've had multiple experiences with various dispensaries and let me tell you, Aroma hill is top notch. Nice people and glad that they put a dispensary in this area. The reason for the low review is because of the prices. You can go to rise in Lake In The Hills and get the same exact product or even better for 60% less. I’m not sure how they justify the prices.
