There's a female lead/supervisor (I'm not really sure what her official title is,but she's not one of the regular employees up front.) she's absolutely rude. I asked one of the employees a question pertaining to one of the carts and said employee didn't know. Which is fine in itself,but I asked to speak to a higher up...and oh boy...where do I even begin? First of all she was very condescending AND had no knowledge of anything it seems. I understand if your regular employees aren't well informed, BUT an employee that's a higher up is absolutely absurd! How does she have a higher position when she's lacking in knowledge and proper customer service?! I tried calling Corporate about this and it's been absolutely swept under the rug. I cannot in good conscience support a business where the higher ups have no knowledge of the product they are providing to customers. Please take your money somewhere else, where you are guaranteed the product you're using is safe and won't encounter such rude behavior.

I talked to Kyle (which I believe he's the main lead) and he said he would talk to her. Nothing came out of that. I will be taking my money somewhere else. The level of unprofessionalism should honestly be reported to corporate. She has ruined the experience out of this dispensary for me. Please do better in training your leads.

I’m from Alberta Canada and was visiting from friends for a Chicago concert. My drivers license wasn’t valid (my fault, should’ve looked into the laws and brought my passport!) so I had to sit in the lobby while my friends shopped. The manager was so understanding and hooked me up with a free bag! While I sat in the lobby, I had a blast chatting with Mike as he recommended touristy things to do in Chicago and restaurants I HAVE to try while I’m here. Truly the best experience ever, everyone was so nice and if I ever find myself back in Illinois again I’ll be making my way back to this store!!! 100000/10

I am changing my 5 star review based on today's short visit. I was the only customer in the store at the time, a talkative upbeat younger woman worker, seemed like manager maybe, greeted me from behind the counter, very nice, I placed my order and proceeded to the counter(again 1 of 2 customers in the store now) I waited to be told to come up, very unprofessional how I was told to come to the counter, "let me see your ID" didn't review order with me, didn't show me products, tossed on the counter and ID was given at very end. Tip was given no response, items were handed to me she just stares at me no words. I proceed to walk out of the store, dead silence, seemed as if I was bothering her? Maybe she was training, if so, I hope this helps her get better as I understand the dispensary world considering I work at Starbuds in Chicago.

You really need to lower your prices I know you have sales and your always sending deals to my email but it's stuff I would never use.i never get deals on the stuff I get.

While the parking lot looks like it is hidden from view there are security staffed there who do patrol.It feels overall safe and welcoming.The building - not your typical brick and mortar shop, it’s literally a refurbished shipping container. Yes a shipping container. I will add that it is laid out well, but on busy days you may not be able to get in the door right away.Staff - friendly and inviting, did not feel like an alien upon first visit. They guide you through pretty well. It would be a good first experience for those new to dispensaries.Product - has most common available brands and a few that may not be available at all dispensaries.Price - It is recreational so there is a tax, even for Medical Patients. However they do offer a 35% medical discount on all products, which is significant and definitely helps offset the cost of tax.Conclusion - Consume Cannabis Antioch is worth a look for both Recreational and Medical Cannabis users. Savvy shoppers can find significant deals on a regular basis.

While still having to pay taxes, it did offset the cost significantly.Additionally it appears they have sales each day of the week, from pre-rolls, carts, to extracts.Cannabis Judges will definitely return to Consume Cannabis Antioch to see what more they have to offer.Consume Cannabis seems to be on the right track. I just don't understand how places like this still tax patients thinking a 35 percent discount will give us a break. Legally medical is supposed to be tax exempt, not here tho. Never crowded and I'm always in and out in less than 5 Minutes, but then again, I've only been there at 9:00 a.m. and 8:55 p.m. The max number of people inside the building is six so that might be a problem in the future if I have to go at a different time. This is only temporary as a permanent building is due for construction in the near future I'm told. The product is top notch and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. This is not a medical dispensary, but they will honor your medical card if you're a patient with 35% off pretax! Check them out if you're in the area.
