Awesome place. Bought cannabis in West Hartford for years back in the days of my misspent youth, it was nice to finally do so legally. But really, it was a nice experience coming here. They had some interesting and different products, which is great in CT as cannabis legislation here kind of limits things, which usually sends me looking in MA at times. I was pleasantly surprised in coming here, however, and look forward to coming back.

While the product lineup has improved overall, the staff’s enthusiasm has noticeably declined—aside from the consistently warm front desk team, who remain a bright spot.Customers may not be seeking conversation, but basic courtesy matters—especially from staff expected to offer guidance and working in a tip-optional environment. I couldn’t even get a hello, a thank-you, or acknowledgment when I offered positive feedback on a new product.This used to be my go-to, but the experience now feels flat sadly. If you’re looking for a more welcoming vibe—and essentially the same lineup, with better additions in some cases—the other local dispensaries offer a stronger all-around experience.

I've purchased a few times from this establishment and been satisfied unfortunately not this time. The Scout Breath - CTP THCA Infused Shorties that cost after tax $61 are not cured correctly. Impossible to pull on and have actively tried to smoke 2. They are 45.86% THC yet a $12 pre roll would have been better. Can't pull it can't smoke it. Sixty bucks down the drain. Never again Budr. If you expect premium cost, I expect premium quality. The only reason I didn't give 0 stars was because the 2 staff members were very nice and helpful.Update: called the store to let them know to not sell it to another customer and was transferred to the "manager" who just happened to be a voicemail.Update: The management called me a couple days later and was very nice and rectified the situation. I'm very happy to know that there are still some companies that care about their customers. I've changed my review to four stars because of a great staff. Thank you.

My brain doesn’t shit down, so when I discovered Goodnight Grape at Budr, my life changed! I realized I was out of them and this week is absolutely crazy busy so I opted for their delivery service. Best $10 fee I’ve ever spent! Abraham the driver is awesome and super easy to work with to process the transaction. Such a great addition to the area!

The bus lets off right in front, I run in and get my preorder. By the time I'm walking back out, the bus home is coming up. The key to a good business is location and these guys have it. The staff was polite and patient and the check in had a very professional atmosphere that calmed my first visit anxieties. Will definitely go again.

The staff at Budr are extremely kind, attentive and I always seem to have a good conversation in the building/at the front desk. The main area (with the registers) is always clean and there’s adequate staffing for the number of customers that there are. You typically never have to wait in a line.Checkout is a speedy process and it always goes smoothly when picking up an order.Not a single complaint. Five stars. *****

This place has that sterile, modern feel to it with is unfortunately all too prevalent in today's aesthetics movement. There didn't seem to be too much extraneous clutter, and it felt like it was designed to quickly help get through as fast as possible. There are not a lot of abilities to linger. However, it had very clean lighting, which is always appreciated.The service was fast, prompt, and informative. I went on two occasions: the first time, I felt that they were willing to work with the clients to determine the right product from amongst the myriad of choices. The second time, it felt like the person behind the counter was not really happy to be serving me. She rushed through the sale without the care and kindness the first person had shown. Fact is, I would have given it another star, were it not for my second experience.The location is fairly decent as it's at a fairly busy intersection. It is not too far off the highway and on some major access roads.
