I have gone to this dispensary a handful of times, however, today when I visited, I was very unimpressed with the staff experience I had. I bought a $29 pre-roll pack and when they rang me out, they were charging me $45 total I question the $15 in taxes and fees they told me that that was just the tax and they didn’t know what the tax rate was which I believe cashiers at a dispensary should know what the tax rate is at a weed dispensary, however there was a $10 fee for delivery that they didn’t takeoff so they were overcharging me by $10. They removed the fee, but didn’t apologize for the mixup or frankly validate my concern at all and I found that to be bizzare and concerning. How you treat your customers is super important, and when you accidentally overcharge a customer that should be handled appropriately. I didn’t feel like anyone there cared that they were about to falsely charge me.

Called ahead to ask about hours and no one mentioned the fact that we need to order ahead online. We arrived well before closing time but since we didn’t place an online order they wouldn’t serve us. We mentioned the phonecall and they said yeah that’s the call center, but they should have told you. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for inconveniencing us, they blamed us for not reading the fine print on their website. We called ahead!! Pick up your own phones instead of sending it to a call center that doesn’t know your business practices. Awful experience.

This is the ONLY dispensary in CT that I will go to. The building and entry policy is strict, and that alone makes you feel safer. The staff is very knowledgeable and will work with you on your order if there needs to be changes. If you have questions or questions, the pharmacist cones out and will speak with you. Other places do NOT have this. They are extremely polite. The products are pure and amazing. The loyalty program cannot be beat! Luz is a wonderful Bud tender and Peter the manager is highly informative. I can be more than a pain with multiple questions at times. On April 20th I encountered the worst customer service from a smaller statured young girl who was extremely unprofessional laughing about another patient that had just left and then patronize me after asking multiple questions by repetitively telling me goodbye Jason after every question. But luckily, the few members from the past few visits have been more than pleasurable and made my experience much more than satisfactory. Thank you you guys are greatly appreciated. Im from Arizona, i was expecting a different experience. In Arizona you can walk in the dispensary and all the items are behind glass. Here you order your item and pay for it when they call you. No browsing and ability to see all the merchandise. I should have asked to see if they had specials. Its okay but i prefer to be able to browse more. It lends to higher sales when you can see more items.

Five stars for CT I guess ? but really only one star at the macro level. The staff and service were 💯 excellent. No question, really nice people. The product however another story. Let’s say if it was mid-90’s and bought off the black market it’s fine enough. But it’s not year 2023 dispensary grade flower in comparison to the outstanding strains and quality you can get in other states. The state tax on one pre roll is astronomical. $31.50 for a stale as swaggy cone, uggg…. The faint scent leaking out of my bag from some pre rolls I brought with me and still sealed is stronger then the actual product to nose with this thing. But if it’s all you got, and you can afford it which may be a challenge to many, it’s good enough and avoids the risk of illicitly handled product. Again the staff were excellent and none of the above is their fault or really even the business owner, as it’s so regulated. so given the environment I would certainly shop here again.

I just moved from NY to CT and was happy to find Curaleaf for Adults Stamford. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employee who helped me with my selection, Simon, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I am very happy with what I purchased. You can do online orders with in store pickup and you can do in store shopping here. Going forward, I will be doing online orders and then go pick it up in store. The limit is only two 1/8s for recreational but I think that is fair. I would recommend Curaleaf to anyone. Giving this place five out of five stars.

Posting a review because I'm just reading some of these negative reviews. I've been coming here for years (albeit not that often) and everyone's always been SUPER pleasant and kind. I have seen some rude and edgy clients - so maybe what people had experienced was based on seeing them dealing with those unruly customers. I own a shop as well and dealing with the public regularly is difficult at times. Giving everyone a little extra grace these days is key.

The people that work here seem to hate their jobs and take it out on the customers even though they know that the customers come in for treatment and have mental health issues they don’t seem to care or inner stand that. I have gone to this dispensary a handful of times, however, today when I visited, I was very unimpressed with the staff experience I had. I bought a $29 pre-roll pack and when they rang me out, they were charging me $45 total I question the $15 in taxes and fees they told me that that was just the tax and they didn’t know what the tax rate was which I believe cashiers at a dispensary should know what the tax rate is at a weed dispensary, however there was a $10 fee for delivery that they didn’t takeoff so they were overcharging me by $10. They removed the fee, but didn’t apologize for the mixup or frankly validate my concern at all and I found that to be bizzare and concerning. How you treat your customers is super important, and when you accidentally overcharge a customer that should be handled appropriately. I didn’t feel like anyone there cared that they were about to falsely charge me.

Called ahead to ask about hours and no one mentioned the fact that we need to order ahead online. We arrived well before closing time but since we didn’t place an online order they wouldn’t serve us. We mentioned the phonecall and they said yeah that’s the call center, but they should have told you. Employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the ONLY dispensary in CT that I will go to. The building and entry policy is strict, and that alone makes you feel safer. The staff is very knowledgeable and will work with you on your order if there needs to be changes. If you have questions or questions, the pharmacist cones out and will speak with you. Other places do NOT have this. They are extremely polite. The products are pure and amazing. The loyalty program cannot be beat! Luz is a wonderful Bud tender and Peter the manager is highly informative. I can be more than a pain with multiple questions at times. On April 20th I encountered the worst customer service from a smaller statured young girl who was extremely unprofessional laughing about another patient that had just left and then patronize me after asking multiple questions by repetitively telling me goodbye Jason after every question. Im from Arizona, i was expecting a different experience. In Arizona you can walk in the dispensary and all the items are behind glass. Here you order your item and pay for it when they call you. No browsing and ability to see all the merchandise. I should have asked to see if they had specials. Its okay but i prefer to be able to browse more. It lends to higher sales when you can see more items.

Five stars for CT I guess ? but really only one star at the macro level. The staff and service were 💯 excellent. No question, really nice people. The product however another story. Let’s say if it was mid-90’s and bought off the black market it’s fine enough. But it’s not year 2023 dispensary grade flower in comparison to the outstanding strains and quality you can get in other states. The state tax on one pre roll is astronomical. $31.50 for a stale as swaggy cone, uggg…. The faint scent leaking out of my bag from some pre rolls I brought with me and still sealed is stronger then the actual product to nose with this thing. But if it’s all you got, and you can afford it which may be a challenge to many, it’s good enough and avoids the risk of illicitly handled product. Again the staff were excellent and none of the above is their fault or really even the business owner, as it’s so regulated. so given the environment I would certainly shop here again.

I just moved from NY to CT and was happy to find Curaleaf for Adults Stamford. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employee who helped me with my selection, Simon, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I am very happy with what I purchased. You can do online orders with in store pickup and you can do in store shopping here. Going forward, I will be doing online orders and then go pick it up in store. The limit is only two 1/8s for recreational but I think that is fair. I would recommend Curaleaf to anyone. Giving this place five out of five stars.

Posting a review because I'm just reading some of these negative reviews. I've been coming here for years (albeit not that often) and everyone's always been SUPER pleasant and kind. I have seen some rude and edgy clients - so maybe what people had experienced was based on seeing them dealing with those unruly customers. I own a shop as well and dealing with the public regularly is difficult at times. Giving everyone a little extra grace these days is key.

The people that work here seem to hate their jobs and take it out on the customers even though they know that the customers come in for treatment and have mental health issues they don’t seem to care or inner stand that.
