I can post reviews again. I’m an independent contractor no longer an employee. Reviewing this Curaleaf dispensary in Manchester again because it is truly one of the best in the entire state of Connecticut. All of the Curaleaf dispensaries are good. The one in Groton is great, but this one in Manchester is exceptional. They have amazing prices. They have a excellent rewards program. The people here are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. There’s all sorts of deals in a great product selection. Curaleaf was also one of the first dispensaries that was also allowed to be a grower in the state. They are really good to me as a medical patient and they are really good to everybody medical or recreational.Full disclosure I’m also a stockholder and a very happy one! Thanks for your hard work miss you guys and see you again soon!

Absolutely fantastic place. The prices and specials are great for discounts, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Clean space and cool accessories available for toking needs. They take cash and card but they have an ATM too, and you can preorder or walk in for medical or adult use. Great Hartford spot

Every visit is a boon to my day-and that’s BEFORE I even try the product 😂Every single associate is kind and helpful and fun! Angelique has been my sales associate several times before. She is helpful, kind resourceful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure that she’s giving every customer Attentive serviceToday, after ringing up my order, I decided to purchase one of the gorgeous new Revelry kits 🙌🏻Angie was awesome! Not only did she show me the items In the display case on the sales floor, but she even went to the back and got four other styles out of the same kit so that I could choose The style that best spoke to me. As a previous retail associate and district manager, I am always impressed by the Engaged and, kind attention I receive whenever I visit.As a customer, I’ve Been long been curious about the drab and uninspiring gray decor on the sales floor. I am an Educator photographer And artist. I love color. It brings me joy. Itused to actually make me a little sad to step into the store; But the bright sunny and colorful sales associates always cheered me up. 🎨Over the last couple of months I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the addition of color in both the display cases and on the walls Of the retail space. (Also, props to whoever designed the bathroom! I never miss an opportunity to use the bathroom in the store 😂 it’s so visibly funky and cool. It makes me happy)!All the Curaleaf Manchester associates know that I love color and that as a photographer, I take vivid photographs of flower 🌱 and smoke 💨 So, whenever I come in, they are always so happy to show me The new additions of color to the sales floor. There’s nothing like the feeling of walking into a retail establishment and having everyone’s face light up with welcome and recognition when I walk in. I commend everyone Who works at this location! Kudos to the team and kudos to the organization for hiring and training their teams so well. Check my receipts, I’m a pretty loyal customer!Now, As my youngest child goes off to college, I am now an empty nester looking for a career change; working for Curaleaf delivering training through workshops and team building, or community outreach and earning customer loyalty through brand loyalty and authentic customer engagement would be a dream job! Jeremy is the best! The whole staff is great! I wish prices would come down more. I appreciate the efforts lately of making them a little better, but I think you can try to do more. Massachusetts isn’t far away and their prices ar much better.

Beautiful facility. Great people. The gentleman that took care of me, (beautiful blue eyes), was extremely helpful and very nice. Prices were great! I have only been to Fine Fettle since becoming a medical patient over 4 years ago. Since that dispensary has gone downhill, it’s so nice to know i have another option fairly close to me that’s a medical dispensary as well. Thank you! You will be seeing me again and again and again.

Ordered a 1g preroll. The joint is extremely loosely packed with loose flower in the tube. Significantly smaller than other 1g prerolls and not smokable. I would like to request a refund on this order.

Purchased what I was told was the best available. Didn't look At all like the pictures. Claimed to be over 30% and maybe the one in the picture bit not what was in mine. Was it OK, sure but not close to worth $45 an 1/8. The people were great set up well but over priced and average flower at best.

Been here 3 times now and they are always nice and fast. Both the greeter in the front and the bud tender in the back were friendly and helpful. I like that they always have enough staff around to assist you, even on weekends and holidays. I'd visit again.

The rep was excellent at giving me helpful tips on taking the product that I purchased. She seemed naturally compassionate. Plus I liked her pink glasses. The first gentleman that came to help just seemed to take for granted that I had been there before. I did not like him. New 1st time customers are apprehensive and overwhelmed upon entering and are totally clueless, like me. So he needs to understand the meaning of "starting from the very beginning".
